It lacks several common features like selling whole tables, rectangular tables, etc.

It is not user friendly. I don’t know if it has anything to do with my browser. However, when I first started using it, it seemed self explanatory. The last time I attempted to use it, it seemed like I was not able to grasp the concept. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really don't have anything positive I can say about this ticketing website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketLeap?

First, as a customer I purchasing tickets and the drop down menu kept changing the total ticket purchase!! Then when I called to adjust for a credit or refund I called, emailed & wrote on their Facebook page just to get pushed around and eventually no response or outcome at all! What do you like best about TicketLeap?

I've jumped on Ticketleap 3 years ago because at the time I was looking for a easy-to-use and cheap tool/service to sell concert and events tickets. I did my trial (which already gives you a lot of feature) and at the end of the 30days I was amazed about how Ticketleap is easy and has very low fees. So definitely I say that the best thing I like of this tool is its easiness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketLeap?

When selling tickets usually you are looking to make money for your event, concert etc. Even if they actually have few $ fees on the ticket price this may not be a good solution for tiny shows/events and so young promoters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
