Since it is cloud based, so we can access it from anywhere. They provide with free 30 mins demo The software lets the team be in sync all the time by features like real time notes, assigning tasks to not miss deadlines, reminders, sharing documents very quickly over secire cloud ### 2. I can start something on my laptop then go to my tablet and then my phone. The area I think there is room for improvement would be the customer service side.
