I have nothing positive to add for Thrivepass. This is not my first issue with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My experience is similar to another users review. After 14 days I have not received any letter via first class usps mail with detailed instructions to signup for Cobra. I called Thrivepass to ask, and their website shows they sent letters out two weeks back to my correct address. With them on the phone I was able to confirm elections and start the process to confirm Cobra. However they say it is another two weeks possibly until I have coverage confirmed. I called the insurance company and they validated, insurance is waiting on Thrivepass to complete the Thrivepass process. Apparently there is no way to expedite this. Due to the initial two weeks letter issue and the two weeks approval process, I lose one month of Cobra access. Without validated insurance I cannot schedule any medical visit, except emergency room.

Digital payments they accept the same day, but digital approvals are delayed for some reason.

Overall, I find this unacceptable and would not recommend Thrivepass to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ThrivePass as a COBRA Admin is a bad idea. They have no problems receiving payment for continued insurance coverage in order to reactivate a previously cancelled policy. But relaying the information back to the insurance providers' En to reactivate said policies is impossible. ThrivePass will give you the run around claiming they have submitted the request digitally to the insurance carriers and it will take up to 10 business days (2 weeks!) to process the reactivation on the insurance providers' end. Insurance providers all claim to only take 24hrs to reactivate once confirmation is received from ThrivePass. Terrible customer service/organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing. I am forced to use it as the administrator of my company's HSA/FSA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- The website is poorly designed and difficult to use. It looks and behaves like it was built by a bunch of first year college students just learning web development and is missing key useful features.

- They fail to process employee contributions to FSA in a timely manner, so you inexplicably can't make purchases with the FSA card

- The data displayed in the main user portal is always either flat out incorrect, or out of date

- If you don't submit an overly detailed receipt for a purchase after 10 days, while still in the annual submission period, they send threatening emails then cut off access to your card. This requirement/timeline isn't specified anywhere in their portal.

- Their support team is beyond useless: they don't try to solve your issues, they flat out lie to you, or just stop responding to your messages. There is no way to escalate to a manager.

I would go out of my way to anti-recommend this platform for any benefits manager looking for an HSA/FSA administration portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The bracket which is considred for reimbursement is all collated in main screen , should be having a pop or thumb button like click to continue so that user knows it has to click on that reimbursement amount to check the listb of items eligible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Finding the reimbursement link from the home page was a little clunky but I got there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
