**What do you like best about LexisNexis ThreatMetrix?**

As someone who works in the fraud department, ThreatMetrix is my bestfriend at work. Not only does it identify the probability of an order being fraud, but it also gives a snapshot of all the orders going through with details that are unique to the order like device ID, browser language, true IP, etc. Moreover, it links it to other orders with the same attributes, making identifying fraud trends easier. 

**What do you dislike about LexisNexis ThreatMetrix?**

Going into the ThreatMetrix portal itself could overwhelm someone, especially someone who is not well versed in the technological aspect of orders so having a background on it would be helpful. The portal is also not super user-friendly so having a handbook would be very beneficial.

**Recommendations to others considering LexisNexis ThreatMetrix:**

Definitely procure a handbook for it because there are a lot of tools within it, and it would be a waste if not all the resources within it could be utilized. As a user, make your research about fraud trends and technical attributes (normal font hashes or browser strings, or normal browser language, etc.). If you're working in the fraud department, definitely ask for access on this tool because fraud trends are 90% of the time discovered through this tool.

**What problems is LexisNexis ThreatMetrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ThreatMetrix definitely helps businesses prevent and fight fraud. It helps businesses detect fraud by going into the nitty gritty of the devices used to place orders, which is not very obvious to someone just looking at orders without the tool.

**What do you like best about LexisNexis ThreatMetrix?**

As a large corporation whose main revenue stream is from online transaction, anti-fraud is guaranteed.

**What do you dislike about LexisNexis ThreatMetrix?**

We haven't had any issue with anti-fraud, so there hasn't been anything to dislike.

**What problems is LexisNexis ThreatMetrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Potential fraudulent transaction is never a concern.
