I find Thoropass Audit to be very cost-effective while offering all the services we need for a simple SOC 2 compliance, which is perfect for our small company. I find Thoropass Audit incredibly supportive for my business as they provide an auditor to help with obtaining SOC 2 Type 2 certification, which is a significant help since none of us are CPAs. The only change that I'll make is when we get the report. For example, the SOC 2 Type 2 report, it's very generic. So we were hoping that maybe we can boost up the report to make it more customer or client related instead of a generic report that we can basically copy and paste to any of our clients. I like that Thoropass Audit is structured and fast. Their platform visibly covers all my compliance needs and offers human support whenever necessary. I appreciate the real-time compliance monitoring connected to AWS and other systems which they provide, as well as their yearly official audit that generates the SOC2 Type 2 report, certifying my compliance.
