I really appreciate the excellent customer service and cost-effectiveness of Thoropass Audit. The ease of use is also a big plus for us. Their audit module saves us considerable time as it requires minimal involvement from our busy resources. It also simplifies reviewing results and scheduling re-tests. The Slack channel they set up for communication was very effective, and they addressed our questions promptly. The timeliness and clarity of their reports are commendable. Their expertise and responsiveness really stand out and give me confidence to trust them with additional services if they become available. Being web-based, the software was very easy to implement.
