**What do you like best about ThinkAutomation?**

ThinkAutomation has a fixed fee model and we donn't need to worry about bills on over utilization.It is very easy to use and can be used to automate anything literally which saves lot of effort hours that otherwise would have been wasted in doing manual work.
Also it integrates well with Azure and Microsoft teams.

**What do you dislike about ThinkAutomation?**

There are always some bugs that come with the new released features. Not sure if the testing is not rigourous or something else.
Documentations in some cases is not upto the mark and can be improved.

**What problems is ThinkAutomation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it allows our teams to automate our processes to a greater level which helps save the time and increase the efficeny of workforce. The endless customisations make it a great package suitable for various verticles of the business.
