Continuous real-time virus scanning and automatic spam blocking can ease the annoyance experienced with free email services. **What do you dislike about Thexyz?** Thexyz has certain restricted features in their free trial version available in the software. This means that getting a complete picture of the service is impossible before getting a paid subscription. **What problems is Thexyz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thexyz is designed for people who need truly secure email and don’t want to be bothered by notifications from social networks and other services. Those days in which people spent a lot of time with countless promotional emails and simulated phishing attempts are gone. I now have more clutter-free space with important and crucial messages I can never lose track of again. **What do you dislike about Thexyz?** Late at times I run into problems when the size of some of the attachments reach a certain threshold. I’ve used it sparingly for larger files, and ever so slightly, had to navigate to local cloud storage services for such files. **What problems is Thexyz solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am really glad that I have tried Thexyz because it offered a new experience for me when using email. Since it has one of the best spam filtering features, I am free from unnecessary time wastage and noise in my brain. This new efficiency helps me to track important messages well enough. ### 3. It has consistently delivered exceptional performance and reliability. I appreciate its DNS functionality and the convenient feature that allows me to create mail aliases for multiple domains, all directing to my primary mail account. Even with a multitude of domains on my account, this feature simplifies my email management. Thexyz's ability to block and whitelist specific senders, IP addresses, and more is superb, and its spam filtering is remarkably accurate. **What do you dislike about Thexyz?** The application functions perfectly and is highly reliable. Users may encounter a minor learning curve when using the control panel, but overall, the app performs as anticipated. **What problems is Thexyz solving and how is that benefiting you?** The issues related to email deliverability and spam have been effectively addressed. We used to encounter numerous bounce-back emails, and spam was a notable concern, particularly with free cPanel email accounts. Webservice is passable, customer service is non-existent and billing is a nightmare. **What do you dislike about Thexyz?** Absolutely avoid -- cancelled the service and was rebilled 18 months later with no warning or explanation. Customer service is completely absent. Run away and go somewhere reputable like Fastmail, mailbox.org, Runbox or virtually any other of their competitors. **What problems is Thexyz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Email service that they refused to cancel. I have several domains on my account and i love the dns feature and that it's possible to have mail aliases from every domain pointing to your main mail account. Calendar feature and app is also working great. **What do you dislike about Thexyz?** Nothing, it all works great and is very reliable. **What problems is Thexyz solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us reduce costs. ### 6. The spam filtering is very accurate and I like how we can block and allow certain sender, IPs etc. **What do you dislike about Thexyz?** The control panel has a bit of a learning curve. I am actually still learning how to use the admin panel and finding new features with this all the time. **Recommendations to others considering Thexyz:** Worth it. **What problems is Thexyz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spam and email deliverability issues have been solved. We used to receive a lot of bounce back messages and spam was some what of a problem, especially with the free cpanel email accounts. ### 7.
