TheReach AI Receptionist Reviews & Product Details

Sami is an AI receptionist for vacation rental hosts and property managers, built by TheReach.ai in Málaga. The platform handles guest communications across phone calls, WhatsApp (via Meta's Business API), website chat, and Google reviews from a single dashboard — 24/7, in over 100 languages. Sami connects to property management systems including Hostaway, Beds24, Smoobu, and iGMS to check live availability, quote rates, and create direct bookings inside the guest conversation. Hosts customise responses per property using their own FAQs and house rules. Two features set TheReach apart: every evening, Sami calls the property manager with a 90-second voice briefing on the day's guest activity and urgent issues. And via the Claude MCP integration, managers can connect their TheReach data to Claude Desktop and ask plain-language questions about call patterns, conversion blockers, and unanswered guest queries. GDPR-compliant. Plans from €49/month. Try Sami live by calling our demo line or chatting on thereach.ai.
