What do you like best about The SMS Works SMS API?

1. SMS companies charge for undelivered texts, SMS works only charges post sms delivery. So very cost-effective system for SMB

2. In general, text APIs if when failed will count against an API request or call that has been made, the SMS works functions differently where API calls are not considered until message delivery.

3. I was testing this tool for a CRM integration for a client and looks very efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The SMS Works SMS API?

1. Looks like the app is built by a team of 2-3 so the support is not on time
