The Safeheld Platform Reviews & Product Details

Safeheld reconciles client money every day, resolves every difference and prepares every regulatory return for sign-off, for regulated firms in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. One daily routine: Reconcile, Resolve, Forecast, Approve, Report. Bank statements and internal records are matched each business day, every difference is worked to its cause with the evidence attached, funding needs are forecast by entity and currency, money movements go through maker-checker approval, and each regulatory return is prepared from the reconciled figures for sign-off. Each legal entity's rules are applied to its actual figures: UK safeguarding under CASS 15 and PS25/12, US state money transmission, EU PSD2 and MiCA, and the client-money regimes of Canada, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Built for payment businesses, money transmitters, e-money and wallet providers, stablecoin issuers, platforms and marketplaces, and the partner banks that hold their pooled accounts.
