We’re able to integrate multiple tenants—one for our corporate users and a completely separate tenant for external report consumers—each using different authentication schemes. I like that the support for The Reporting Hub is thorough and fast, and the team is always willing to understand the problem. The solution is stable, and The Reporting Hub provides a robust front end, which allows our development team to focus on value-added features for clients. The ability to manage content and the way those license tiers changes was disruptive. Using The Reporting Hub with Auth0 has been difficult to get support as you are never sure where the one product's scope of control starts and stops.
