Coupled with Kaylee's high business IQ and unwavering positive attitude, I could not ask for a better business partner. **What do you dislike about The Exceptional Plan?** It can be difficult for me to trust others with something that is so valuable to me. Making the decision to move forward with The Exceptional Plan took nearly a week longer than it should have because of my hesitancy. **What problems is The Exceptional Plan solving and how is that benefiting you?** I recognize that many reviews tend to be fairly straightforward—either praising or critiquing without much depth. However, I wanted to offer a more comprehensive review of the exceptional(!) experience I had working with Kaylee and The Exceptional Plan. If explaining my experience helps someone make the decision to partner with The Exceptional Plan that much easier, it will have been worth the effort. Initially, I was hesitant about moving forward with The Exceptional Plan. Entrusting someone else with something so personal and significant has been challenging for me in the past. Finding someone who cares as deeply about my project as I do has been difficult, and I’ve generally made the decision to do things myself as a result. That’s when Kaylee and The Exceptional Plan came in. From the very beginning, Kaylee dispelled my doubts with her professionalism and positive demeanor. She approached my project with the same dedication and care as if it were her own, demonstrating an impressive level of pride in her work. It was immediately clear that Kaylee doesn’t consider a project complete until it meets her high standards. Her meticulous attention to detail is remarkable, reflecting her genuine concern for her clients and their needs. Having worked with numerous professionals and contractors over the years, I’ve often felt like just another number, with quality and care sometimes taking a backseat. Kaylee, however, defies this trend. She fostered a truly collaborative relationship, valuing our partnership and ensuring my satisfaction every step of the way. This approach was a refreshing change from my previous experiences, and it’s left me feeling genuinely valued—so much so that I’m concerned future collaborations might not measure up. Her deep business acumen, comparable to that of top CEOs, ensured that my company was presented in the best possible light. She has a good team that is able to capture the eyes of the people reviewing you documents. I often get comments on how well our BP and financials look. I intend to use The Exceptional Plan often in the future. The best part of the experience was the quick turnaround she had the first draft to me within a week and seemed like the final was about 2.5 weeks. **What do you dislike about The Exceptional Plan?** I cant say that I have any complaints it was a very positive experience and as a CEO with so many things running through my head it was a big relief to find a team like this! **Recommendations to others considering The Exceptional Plan:** Hire them!
