At the time, I was gaining momentum as a business and applying for funding in opening my first store. Jamie's help with completing it was effortless, and I quickly received the funding with her assistance. My next thought was, can you help me implement this?! Since then, the rest was history, and I couldn't imagine where I would be as a person and a business without Jamie and her team's presence in my life. I currently have three of her solutions: HR, strategy, and operations. I was skeptical about the effectiveness of remote HR and operations however I was proved wrong. These solutions enhanced the support needed for my staff. They filled those needs effectively and incredibly professionally to the point where we now have systems built to last for the future and even transition with when one day, we do have these positions in-house. **What do you like best about Seeker Solution?** Working with Jamie in business strategy has grown myself and my team's ability to become leaders with a mindset that there is a solution! As a business owner it does feel lonely and difficult to relate with family and friends about all the challenges. Since Seeker Solution is right there with you, they have provide a relief for myself, the staff, and a confidential resource to us all relate to and troubleshoot through during the challenges. Because they are a 3rd party, I believe their troubleshooting and recommendations are unbiased and, therefore best for my team. We have had all sorts of support, from conflict resolution, working through solutions, funding, process creation, process implementation, to even coaching through how to write emails effectively. The reason why I say that their business coaching is holistic is because their services go beyond the mechanical and functional needs I initially thought I was hiring them for. I appreciate their honesty, even though it's something we don't want to hear, and I have personally developed and improved my personal lifestyle from the lessons learned from all the solutions we resolved together. Seeker Solution is an integral part of our business who we work through problems with, come up with processes with, and celebrate with! I can't recommend them highly enough. **What do you dislike about Seeker Solution?** I have no dislikes. They have been incredible! **What problems is Seeker Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm pretty sure I have had ALL of Seeker Solution's solutions and they all have been effective. But given the nature of the work they are helping us with, Zoom has been more than sufficient to sidestep this. **What problems is Seeker Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?** Seeker Solutions is helping my team to systematize my construction company to make me scalable with the fluctuating marker. ### 4.
