My relationship with Seeker Solution began with a simple business plan. At the time, I was gaining momentum as a business and applying for funding in opening my first store. Jamie's help with completing it was effortless, and I quickly received the funding with her assistance. My next thought was, can you help me implement this?! Since then, the rest was history, and I couldn't imagine where I would be as a person and a business without Jamie and her team's presence in my life. I currently have three of her solutions: HR, strategy, and operations. I was skeptical about the effectiveness of remote HR and operations however I was proved wrong. These solutions enhanced the support needed for my staff. They filled those needs effectively and incredibly professionally to the point where we now have systems built to last for the future and even transition with when one day, we do have these positions in-house. Working with Jamie in business strategy has grown myself and my team's ability to become leaders with a mindset that there is a solution!
