**What do you like best about The Contractor's Edge?**

Basic format and easy to use. Can utilize daily reports and work tickets to organize the field data in one spot that is easily searchable and to create reports for easy tracking and review of specific time periods. Job costing section, while basic, is helpful and easy to read. It seems that my field guys enjoy this product more than the office does, probably due to the basic nature and ease of reading. 

**What do you dislike about The Contractor's Edge?**

The program is incredibly basic... and does what you would expect of it but no new intriguing options to further the reporting tools. Obviously when I purchase a new software system I want it to do what I want and more! A little mediocre in the job tracking section. 

**Recommendations to others considering The Contractor's Edge:**

If you want basic and easy to read and follow... this is a great product. If you are expecting a software with all the bells and whistles I would look at something else. 

**What problems is The Contractor's Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No benefits realized. It does help review costs and track invoicing well. Very basic.
