I really value Tavio's incredible support of numerous tools and their willingness to introduce even more in the future. It feels like working with magic since it's not about if it's possible but when or how fast it can be done. I live in the Environment Console and Workflow Editor, both robust and easy-to-use tools. I think that the UI could be greatly enhanced, especially in the Workflow Editor. A "Visualization" layer would be useful for in-depth notes or in-line workflow documentation, beyond what the current Comments/Notes provide. It would be great to have the ability to multi-select nodes and objects to move them as a unit or copy and paste them into another loop or group. Snap to grid options for elegant workflow design would also be nice. Additionally, exporting workflows to PNG or another format for easy insertion into documentation would be helpful. The platform is excellent—very powerful and highly extendable. However, what I appreciate most is working with the TCC team. Some things in the interface are haard to utlized especially if you are on one screen but they are actually changing that as well making a big leap into how you can step through and debug a workflow. The other item is billing and understanding usage. We have many customers so right sizing pricing is difficult since billing currenty is lumped into one vs being able to break it out by environement and even individual workflows.
