The platform is excellent—very powerful and highly extendable. However, what I appreciate most is working with the TCC team. From training and implementation to ongoing support, they are extremely responsive and always committed to ensuring our success. Some things in the interface are haard to utlized especially if you are on one screen but they are actually changing that as well making a big leap into how you can step through and debug a workflow. The other item is billing and understanding usage. We have many customers so right sizing pricing is difficult since billing currenty is lumped into one vs being able to break it out by environement and even individual workflows.
