However, what I appreciate most is working with the TCC team. From training and implementation to ongoing support, they are extremely responsive and always committed to ensuring our success. They consistently seek feedback and, even better, actually act on it to improve our experience. **What do you dislike about Tavio?** Some things in the interface are haard to utlized especially if you are on one screen but they are actually changing that as well making a big leap into how you can step through and debug a workflow. The other item is billing and understanding usage. We have many customers so right sizing pricing is difficult since billing currenty is lumped into one vs being able to break it out by environement and even individual workflows. **What problems is Tavio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our client portfolio is diverse and each client use case is diverse in the vendor(s) they are using. Being able to communicate that if their vendors have an open API we can integrate with them has been a huge win during the sales process where in the past we would see oppourtunities walk away. ### 2. Because they manage integrations for so many companies using software that my customers use (we specialize in supporting iCIMS customers), they are one step ahead of the game and aware of issues as soon as they occur. This saves customers a lot of time trying to figure out what went wrong when there are challenges, or making adjustments to an integration when needed. Integrations can be one of the most time-consuming projects to perform for customers, and I frequently recommend bringing in TCC to do it rather than doing it internally. If I had to pick one item, I suppose it would be communicating the requirements, but likely more on our side than theirs. **What problems is Tavio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We did not have a strong REST API skill set on our team and REST API integrations were becoming the preferred integration method by our organization and Cloud Connectors filled that gap. They have worked with our organizations in the past couple of years on two large initiatives integration with our HR System, Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP where we have a subset of employees that are hired and paid through and ADP product and built real time integrations between ADP and Oracle HCM. Most recently on another large project as we transitioned from the Oracle Taleo Recruiting platform to iCIMS, they built on REST API, the integrations from HCM to iCIMS of our Employees, and Organizational Data. Then from iCIMS to HCM, the hire integtration. ### 11. The scripting engine makes TCC a very flexible, rules-based tool. The Cloud Admin Console frees me from waiting on my internal IT dept to perform ad hoc production reruns. The integrations run reliably and accurately with good error message notifications. (Much better than when run on-prem.) **What do you dislike about Tavio?** Creating workflow schedules via the Admin Console is tricky as times are in UT and do not seem to account for daylight savings time changes. **Recommendations to others considering Tavio:** We initially went with on-prem believing it would be a cost-savings. We switched to having TCC host it in the cloud. This has reduced internal IT costs, given us better error reporting, and made administration much easier. **What problems is Tavio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use TCC iPaaS to bring over new hires from Taleo as Pending Workers in HCM Cloud. We also use iPaaS to load employees, candidates, job codes, job templates and organizational structure into Taleo. We enjoy significant savings and improved accuracy using iPaaS vs manual entry. Using the cloud-hosted version eliminates burdening our IT staff with annual platform updates and the need to acquire and retain specialized knowledge to support us. Huge! ### 30. One use case: Extract PS job codes, find matching job templates in the ATS, then mass update each ATS job code what is based on the associated PS job code when it is changed. The fact that is it has been changed is evaluated and identified by the integration as well using the net change engine.
