## About The Applicant Manager
The Applicant Manager (TAM) is a cloud-based applicant tracking solution that helps recruiting agencies and teams to streamline their hiring and onboarding process. The solution lets users track job postings and actively engage quality candidates. TAM provides toolsets that allow recruiters to review, select and share applicant information within teams. TAM allows posting job details on multiple free and paid job boards such as Indeed, GlassDoor, Monster and more. Agencies can also link their social media channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn with TAM for posting job updates on these channels. Recruiters can configure rules for screening and pre-screening applications to automatically remove under-qualified applicants or duplicate entries. TAM provides advanced search features to search or filter applicants by using keywords, ratings, skills, tags or a combination of these. TAM integrates with major email service providers such as Gmail and Outlook for centralizing contact and communication details. With TAM, recruiters can collect and store confidential applicant data including EEO, disability, and VETs details to comply with OFCCP regulations. The onboarding module allows users to design and share the onboarding process with new joiners. The solution can be accessed using web browsers of any internet enabled device including smartphones.

## The Applicant Manager Reviews
  ### 1. Great Applicant Tracking System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2019

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

Easy to navigate and track applicants and their application

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

At this time, i havent ran across anything that I do not like about this system.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A more efficient and streamlined way to track applicants.

  ### 2. The Applicant Manager Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

The cost is one of the best on the market. Month to month contract. Also, you can completely customize TAM to function and look how you want. The support team is phenomenal and they are extremely responsive. They understand your situation and work diligently to ensure that you get a complete and full resolution.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

The system functions well for small businesses. As we have grown, we have outpaced it's functionality. There are other ATS that allow for better integration into systems, and have a little bit more robust systems. Fort the price, you cannot beat this functionality.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

This is not a HUGE ATS, it has functioned well in a small business environment and simplified the tracking and resume retention piece. It does not have quite the power as some of the larger ATS out there, but for the money this has got to be one of the best systems out there.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Applicant Tracking
Automated posting
Resume Database

  ### 3. Great ATS for a great price!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

A colleague of mine recommended that we look into TAM when we were searching for an Applicant Tracking System. I am grateful she made this recommendation. We researched several systems from other companies and TAM was the obvious choice. The features are exactly what we need for our medium size company and the price is great. TAM has greatly helped the efficiency of our recruiting process.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

When the system is undergoing updates, TAM can be a little slow. TAM is very good at communicating ahead of time however so that we know when updates are coming.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

I highly recommend The Applicant Manager (TAM). We have had a great experience with the system and it has greatly improved our processes.

The implementation team was great, and if we do have any issues, support is easy to obtain.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Decreased recruiting time has been a great benefit of using TAM. It has also helped in communications with hiring managers. They can see and comment on resumes as they come in. We have also saved time in communicating with applicants by using the many automated features.

**Official Response from Kitty Moriwaki:**

> Thank you for sharing your successes with TAM! It's great to hear that the system has streamlined your recruiting process and improved communications with your hiring managers. Our support team is eager to work directly with our clients, so please continue to reach out to them as needed.
It's true that the TAM system will slow when undergoing updates -- we're glad that our announcements via the "TAM News" bell on your Desktop have given you advanced notice of upcoming upgrades.
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, as it is invaluable to our team and to future TAM users. We look forward to continuing to work with you and your team!

  ### 4. We love TAM!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

TAM is simple, but still gets the job done. TAM is sure to provide reports that help us with our end of year AAP reporting for OFCCP compliance. We are very happy with the quick customer service of TAM and the free job boards they partner with. Jobs are easier to fill with TAM!

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

We have only had TAM for about 3 months now, and we have yet to find a complaint.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A huge business solution we've gained from TAM is OFCCP compliance. We are a federal contractor and used to manually put together the EEO reports from various job sites, but now, all of our applicants go to TAM so it's all simplified reporting.

**Official Response from Kitty Moriwaki:**

> Thank you so much for your kind words. We're glad to have helped simplify processes, and really appreciate your taking the time to share your experience with us. As you know, we value our customers greatly and your feedback is invaluable to our team and to future TAM users. Our team loves having the opportunity to support your recruiting needs. We look forward to continuing to work with you and your team!

  ### 5. TAM FAN! 5 years running!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike S. | Managing Talent Acquistion , Plastics, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

TAM is streamlined perfectly for my recruitment process - I wanted something that I could manipulate on my terms in a quick, easy fashion, and it has been delivering for me for over 5 years in two different companies.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I haven't run into anything that is a true problem. I haven't checked it in a while, but I know at least in the past if you wanted to include a picture on your postings, it had to have a URL address, you couldn't just drop a pdf or jpeg in there.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

I can't comment on whether this system is the right one for a global company with tens of thousands of employees, but if you're a small to medium sized organization, it's a fantastic product, it's fluid and the the team at TAM will absolutely take your suggestions into consideration when configuring upgrades.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My postings go out to the widest audience (because they are partnered with the biggest and best job boards), I can drop and drag columns of information to create any report I want in seconds, and I have been able to provide my senior mgmt with data and analytics in minutes upon request.

  ### 6. Great tool with easy to use features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I like the ability to send multiple emails out with the click of a button. It makes reaching out to many candidates at once a breeze. And I love the fact that I can save email templates. I use that a lot and that saves me a ton of time. I like the notes option as well because it allows me to give additional feedback that is not an option on the drop-down list. I often leave additional notes about candidates that give my coworkers better guidance on whether or not to reach out to that person in the future. And lastly, I like the fact that it is so easy to add candidates to the system. I have used other ATS systems where it is a pain and you have to add too much information when you upload the resume. I like that the details are short and sweet.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I dislike that so many windows open when you click to different candidates. I have to go back and keep x-ing out of all of the open windows and it can get very annoying. It would be helpful that instead of opening extra windows, candidates were opened in the same window.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

My recommendation would be to make the search work better. That is another issue that I have with TAM. Half the time I search for someone in TAM they don't come up and then I upload their resume only to find they are in the system. I would like that glitch to be fixed.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving keeping up with candidate records by using TAM. We use TAM to register if we have interviewed people, submitted them to hiring managers, and made offers. It helps

  ### 7. Great for the money

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2019

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

It interfaces with Google, and they are constantly doing more like Tax Incentives that are upcoming.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

The price goes up as you add more postings

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

Great for growing companies

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NA

  ### 8. Very user friendly

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krystle C. | HR Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I like the ease of use of the site. It takes away the stress of having to figure out hard to use functions while reviewing resumes for multiple roles.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I dislike how generic the site looks. It looks like something that was thrown together very fast. Nothing special about the look at all. It is very plain.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am handling all hiring needs for multiple dealerships within our dealership group.

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

> Hi Krystle - thanks so much for your honest feedback! In creating TAM, one of our goals was to create a simple yet familiar look so that the need for training is minimized and users can jump in. From the comments that we receive from our clients, the generic view that you describe is definitely something that results in a high user adoption rate. Having said that, we're all ears. If you have some ideas on how to give TAM that special look, we'd love to connect! We'd love to hear more about what changes you'd like to see, so please reach out to your account manager at your convenience to share!

  ### 9. Developers have a well thought out application and do a nice job of keeping users informed.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick K. | Dir HR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

Interface with posting sites. One place for recruiting needs including including HR and other designated persons for each posting.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

Load time for applicants. Some resumes when imported from PDFs are not clear. Have had problems printing resumes after upload. would be nice to refresh a posting manually.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking of resumes, Searchability of prior resumes, Including fellow managers on same platform. Getting managers to respond to emails generated by application.

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

> Hi Rick - Happy New Year! Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! I wanted to reach out because manual re-posting is definitely something you can do in TAM. Simply close a position and open a new copy of it - but make sure not to run afoul of any of the job boards' anti-spam rules!

I'm sorry to hear you've experienced longer load times for some applicants - as you probably saw in one of our recent updates, we're in the process of upgrading our server, so all navigation should be speedier than before. I think it would be great to connect with you some time soon to discuss your other "dislikes", usually we can offer some tips and tricks that solve many common questions. We'll also be hosting a webinar soon to expand your use of our features and we hope you'll be able to attend! Again, thank you for taking the time to review TAM!

  ### 10. Great tool for non-profit and small organizations!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chanelle R. | Talent Acquisition Specialist, Human Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

TAM's support and customer service is second to none. The response time is stellar. I began using the tool just shy of three years ago with a small organization of 200 employees. Our hiring managers found the system to be intuitive and enjoyed the reporting tools functional.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

Off hand, I cannot say that there have been any issues that I can recall for me to dislike TAM.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using TAM we did not have a ATS system whatsoever. TAM became the guinea pig for most of our managers and candidates. We have been nearly three years strong happy with TAM and it's steadily enhancing features.

**Official Response from Kitty Moriwaki:**

> Thank you so much for your kind words, Chanelle. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. As you know, we value our customers greatly and your feedback is invaluable to our team and to future TAM users. Our team loves having the opportunity to support your recruiting needs. We look forward to continuing to work with you and your team!

  ### 11. Human Resource Specialist

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debbie F. | Human Resource Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

The EEO/Affirmative Action reporting, the ease in which you review applicant pipelines, the flow of the system in general

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

For a candidate to fill out an employment application, the link is located below the signature line and not in the body of the email. Candidates cannot find the link 90% of the time. I email it to myself, cut the link, paste it into the email body and then email it to the candidate.

Duplicate candidates: the notes don't carry over, the system does not catch them in the same pipeline

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Applicant tracking, recruiter productivity, EEO compliance, running notes on candidates

  ### 12. TAM has been great!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

The user friendly platform to navigate through active job listings and candidates.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

Some of the settings (adding/removing locations, email templates) are a bit difficult to find.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

TAM has been a great, affordable resource for our company. The customer service is excellent and we're looking forward to the updates and releases they have in the future. It has also allowed us to better manager our current pool of candidates and make better recommendations to our clients.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage a small recruiting effort and TAM has helped us organize our efforts and be compliant with state laws regarding tracking and applicant retention.

**Official Response from Kitty Moriwaki:**

> Thank you very much for your review. We really appreciate your taking the time and are glad to hear that TAM is working well for you and your team. Your feedback is invaluable to us and to future TAM users!
As for searching for settings locations -- you may find one of the monthly webinars useful to support your navigation of features.
We look forward to continuing to work with you to support your recruiting needs!

  ### 13. TAM is User Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa P. | Corporate Recruiter, Program Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

It is great for handling small business recruiting needs, not so complicated & user friendly, easy to use and I love the email template and trigger capability.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

The calendaring and scheduling feature I just don't use it.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since they created the Forms function, I have been able to streamline a few things in our Hiring Process, thus utilizing the system for more as well as getting the Hiring Managers more engaged in the process. We created a Candidate Evaluation form that can be triggered to go to the HM's at any point we pick in our desired workflow.

**Official Response from Kitty Moriwaki:**

> Thank you, Lisa, for your informative review! It's great to hear how TAM has streamlined your hiring process, enabling you to get your hiring managers more engaged in the process.
As our clients have the ability to pick and choose which features will complement their processes, it's true that not all available features will be useful to all clients. We strive to meet a multitude of recruiting needs! Thanks again for your feedback, as your comments are invaluable to the TAM team and to future TAM users. We look forward to continuing to work with you and your team!

  ### 14. Serves its purpose, no real complaints

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean G. | Lead Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

Easy to navigate. Easy to edit and track applicants, as well as upload resumes and utilize candidates. No real complaints. All in all it serves the purpose to that our company needs.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

No real complaints, but it is a little bit cluttered and hard to read when tracking metrics/ tracking old candidates based on job submitted for. I couldn't call this a "dislike", but they could make it a bit less cluttered.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

make it easier to edit candidates with having to "edit" every time

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking applicants for recruitment purposes

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

> Hi Sean,

Thanks so much for taking the time to submit your review - we truly appreciate it! If you have some time or during your next client check-in we'd love to hear how we can better streamline your experience. We'd love to hear more about what changes you'd like to see, so please reach out to your account manager at your convenience to share!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I appreciate the applicant tracking and reduced time in posting positions. It is easy to use. I also like the instant update on the careers page when posting new positions.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I dislike the limited user capabilities without an increase in expense. I would like more users to be able to interact without the increase in cost.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

It's a great way to consolidate recruiting efforts.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of applicants is much easier. Making reports helps our recruiting efforts. Hiring managers can see on paper what works in recruiting.

  ### 16. Resume handling

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I like that all of the applicants are stored in one system and can be accessed easily
I like that I can send out bulk emails when I close a position

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

That Managers do not utilize it as they should

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Posting jobs is much easier especially because our group of dealerships consist of 7 car dealers.

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

> Hi Sandy, Thanks so much for your review - our clients' feedback is incredibly important to us and we're always glad to hear from you. Can you tell us more about how your Managers are under-utilizing TAM? It's hard for us to drive processes for your team, but we'd be happy to offer any insight we can once we know more about your issues. Feel free to reach out to your account manager at your convenience to connect about this. Again, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review!

  ### 17. User friendly and cost effective!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I can't think of anything! this ATS has been very user friendly!

Better communication with hiring managers, easy to pull reports, and smoother hiring process!

**Official Response from Kitty Moriwaki:**

> Thank you, Samia, for your kind words! It's great to hear that TAM has streamlined your hiring process, including improved communications. We appreciate your taking the time to share your experiences, as your comments are invaluable for our team and for future TAM users.
We look forward to continuing to work with your and your team!

  ### 18. TAM is a great recruiting tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelsey W. | HR Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I like how TAM is so easy to use and navigate, I never really have to dig to find what I am looking for

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I wish the user interface of TAM was more modern and intuitive. I sometimes feel like the system feels dated although there is a lot of great features.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to allow my hiring managers access to their candidates which takes a big chuck of time away from having to send resumes/notes. Everything is kept in one central location making the hiring experience internally much more enjoyable.

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

> Hi Kelsey - we're so grateful that you took the time to submit feedback - thank you! We're glad that TAM's many features are working well for you, but bummed that it's not as up-to-date looking as you'd like. We would love to connect with you some time soon to hear about what appearance improvements you'd like to see. In the meantime, keep rocking those great TAM features, and thank you again!

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I like that it's user friendly and I can run certain reports from it, sort by recruiter, sourced recruiter, candidate name, date of application. It's easy to enter data such as notes, upload a resume or other document, follow the status history.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I think what we have now is the bare bones, and although it works very well, I feel if we had a more robust set up it would help us be more productive.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

TAM is a very user friendly applicant tracking tool that allows you to choose how to control and review your applicants and positions.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that I can get to my positions and applicant pool quickly and easily. It's easy to sort applicants, positions, review notes, status history and candidate resumes.

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

The system has greatly streamlined my processes and cut down on the amount of time needed to review applicants. It has really allowed for a smoother applicant experience for both sides of the equation.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

So far, everything has been going smoothly. We do not have a terrible complex process so it works perfectly for us.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

Ability to anonymize information for other reviewers (non-admin reviewers)

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is all about organization and being able to see where applicants are in the lifecycle at a glance. It also allows for easier/better reporting.

**Official Response from Kitty Moriwaki:**

We appreciate your "wishlist" comment about anonymized candidate information for non-admin reviewers. Ally, one of the TAM support team members, would be happy to discuss your request. Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences, as your comments are invaluable to our team and to future TAM users. We look forward to continuing to work with you and your team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Plastics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2018

We are solving organization difficulties and loss of applications in previous years. We are saving time and everything is easier to manage.

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

  ### 25. TAM is the real deal in Applicant Tracking and Customer Service!

**Reviewed by:** Corky F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I really love everything about TAM. It is so easy to use and can be customized to each position. The customer service is excellent and from day one you feel like you have known the team forever and they are so good at working through scenarios with you.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I do wish that duplicate applicants could be in one record instead of jumping around into different tabs.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

It's a great Applicant Tracking System and has a robust search engine. That is extremely helpful since you can search through the system to find candidates who already have an interest in your company.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We actively hire but many of our requirements are pipeline reqs and TAM helps keep us organized and in compliance as well as in process. The price of TAM is affordable which is so helpful to our business since we run as lean as we can b/c our mission is to give back to the community through our profits.

  ### 26. I work with TAM daily and I'm satisfied overall.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

Easy to use. User friendly. Allows us to keep track of multiple job postings without getting confused.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I'd like to be able to open links in a new tab by simply holding ctrl and clicking the link.

TAM has made tracking applicant info much easier.

  ### 27. Great System!

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I really like the tagging system for the candidates.

That I can't search all non applicants and applicants in one area (if I don't know their name, but am looking for title).

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiring and keeping track of candidates has become smoother and more organized.

  ### 28. Excellent Recruting System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

The main benefit is the ability to track exactly where we are with a specific applicant and see how the applicant moves through the process. This software is highly intuitive.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

There honestly was not much about this software that I did not like. If anything, more self-directed tutorial options would be helpful and appreciated. Because of its ease of use, I would recommend it to many companies.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It puts applicant info in one neat place chronologically from job posting to hiring.

**Official Response from Kitty Moriwaki:**

> Thank you so much for your kind words. We appreciate your taking the time to share your experience with us. We value our customers greatly and your feedback is important to our team and to future TAM users. We greatly appreciate having the opportunity to support your recruiting needs!

  ### 29. TAM has been a lifesaver!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corinne S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I love that TAM embraces the same elevated level of superior customer service that we embrace at my company as well. Edna, Jim , Jerry and the TAM team have been vital not only to the success of hiring at my company, but a true pleasure to work with. I love how hands on they are and how open they are to suggestions to try and make TAM work for my business.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I wish that I could archive inactive users to declutter my templates and emails . Also, I would love a feature that could help me sort positions by month. We're a high volume hiring company, and use TAM a bit uniquely for our business needs, and I would love to be able to customize a few things to my company's individual needs.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

Run, don't walk to implement TAM! I've been using TAM since 2014, and it has dramatically improved not only my personal workflow, but communication and effectiveness with my team. It has tremendously changed the way I'm able to do my job.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TAM has helped us streamline communication between our 11 spa properties and has made hiring so much easier! We've been able to sort, filter and comb through applicants to truly finds the most qualified talent. I am able to staff my call center out of state, my front end positions, and find those service oriented applicants with much more ease. At the end of the day, I can't remember what my HR life was like before TAM.

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

- easy to monitor
- tracks applicants + notes/process flow from each recruiter
- easy visual access to all documents associated with each candidate

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

- UX design could be better- more visually appealing and easy access to different tabs
- similar to above - lots of clicks to get to where you want to go
- not easy to send automated emails to applicants
-

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

applicant tracking and candidate status data analytics

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We genuinely appreciate your feedback! Automated and bulk emailing from TAM is one of our most popular features, but it sounds like you might not have configured the "automated" part of that yet. On your TAM Desktop, go to Setup > Event Triggers, to see how you can automate all sorts of emails based on events like "Failing" at a certain workflow step. As you already know, keeping that warm & fuzzy communication, even with your dispositioned candidates is crucial to an open and friendly recruiting process, and our Event Triggers can help you do that without all the extra effort or risk of forgetting. We are hosting monthly webinars to expand your use of our features and we hope you have been able to attend or will be able to in the future! If you have some time or during your next client check-in we'd love to hear how we can better streamline your experience. Thanks again and have a wonderful day!

  ### 32. I love this product - easy to use and understand.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

This is an easy to use database especially for my first time to use one! And they have regular webinars to increase your knowledge.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

Would love for it to have a place where I can load email addresses and then click on the ones that I want to send a particular application.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has given us more of an online presence with our open positions.

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

> Hi Tamara - thanks so much for your review! Some of our best features started out as suggestions from our clients! As for emailing, TAM does work with your browser's auto-fill, so any common addresses should populate as you type. If you're looking for more of an address-book-esque function, we would love to connect at your convenience to review your options with you. Gives us a call or send us an email! Again, thank you so much for your review.

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I love how user friendly the website is. Someone who has never used it before, would have no issues teaching themselves how to create a position and post it.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

Now that there are more job boards to post to for free, I can honestly say, that there no features that I dislike about TAM.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing the increasingly heavy influx of new candidates became a challenge. I was worried that I wasn't responding to candidates in an organized manner.
