The solution lets users track job postings and actively engage quality candidates. TAM provides toolsets that allow recruiters to review, select and share applicant information within teams. TAM allows posting job details on multiple free and paid job boards such as Indeed, GlassDoor, Monster and more. Agencies can also link their social media channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn with TAM for posting job updates on these channels. Recruiters can configure rules for screening and pre-screening applications to automatically remove under-qualified applicants or duplicate entries. TAM provides advanced search features to search or filter applicants by using keywords, ratings, skills, tags or a combination of these. TAM integrates with major email service providers such as Gmail and Outlook for centralizing contact and communication details. With TAM, recruiters can collect and store confidential applicant data including EEO, disability, and VETs details to comply with OFCCP regulations. The onboarding module allows users to design and share the onboarding process with new joiners. The solution can be accessed using web browsers of any internet enabled device including smartphones.
