## About The Applicant Manager
The Applicant Manager (TAM) is a cloud-based applicant tracking solution that helps recruiting agencies and teams to streamline their hiring and onboarding process. The solution lets users track job postings and actively engage quality candidates. TAM provides toolsets that allow recruiters to review, select and share applicant information within teams. TAM allows posting job details on multiple free and paid job boards such as Indeed, GlassDoor, Monster and more. Agencies can also link their social media channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn with TAM for posting job updates on these channels. Recruiters can configure rules for screening and pre-screening applications to automatically remove under-qualified applicants or duplicate entries. TAM provides advanced search features to search or filter applicants by using keywords, ratings, skills, tags or a combination of these. TAM integrates with major email service providers such as Gmail and Outlook for centralizing contact and communication details. With TAM, recruiters can collect and store confidential applicant data including EEO, disability, and VETs details to comply with OFCCP regulations. The onboarding module allows users to design and share the onboarding process with new joiners. The solution can be accessed using web browsers of any internet enabled device including smartphones.

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

Applicant Manager helps in hiring candidates and automating our recruitment process.

Recruit extraordinary candidates who are Actively looking for a job change and applying for jobs.
A better platform for posting jobs on job boards and filtering applicants, scheduling interviews and hiring candidates.

Dashboard performance is limited. Otherwise the best recruiting platform I have used in my recruiting career.

The applicant manager helps track and manage applicants who have applied for job openings.
Reducing the time to recruit the right talent within a given period of time is one of the most effective and valuable.
Easy to use and implement in the staffing and recruiting firms

  ### 2. Excellent ATS - The Applicant Manager!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

The Applicant Manager is very helpful in fulfilling our recruitment needs. I can track many open positions and candidates applying for those positions.
Using it, you can easily find and manage the right candidates.
This reduces the hiring process time.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

The performance of the dashboard is low, otherwise very useful platform to track the applicants.

The Applicant Manager solves many recruitment issues and saves our hiring process time and reduces the manual recruitment process.

  ### 3. An answer to our client's needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura P. | Manager of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2020

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

Many things come to mind, but their willingness to create a client ratings portal saved us with our clients.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

If we could do a little more customization as the 'user' when needed 'on the fly' when we get specific requests from our clients.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

It is an easy tool to get up and running in your organization. It is easy for your recruiters to learn and our external clients LOVE it!!!!

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients are now able to login to TAM and rate the applicants because TAM created a secure portal. This is helpful when you have a search committee made up of 10-12 people. It cuts down on the time to determine who are the 'finalists' that can then be brought in for 'in-person' interviews.

  ### 4. Best applicant tracking system I've used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica H. | Vice President of Events, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2020

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I love how customizable TAM is. Ive used many different applicant tracking systems in my career but the problem that i've found with the others is the lack of ability to customize. Working in the government contracting industry my candidates require a security clearance. Other systems I've used don't allow me to easily, or even at all, create fields for clearance information and levels. This is just one of nuances in this industry that I need my applicant tracking system to be able to sort by, run reports on, and identify. The folks at TAM were able to show me how to create fields, prescreening questions, and store information for this. It is very easy to set up so that the user can create exactly what they need to see for their specific industry requirements. Other systems seem to be based on a very generic version of what someone in the recruiting/staffing industry should need and doesn't recognize that not all industries are the same. I also love that it integrates with my email to capture all of the back and forth with my candidates so that I can go back and revisit candidates years later and remember all of the correspondence with them. Plus the staff at TAM doesn't just set you up and disappear. They are always available to help make changes or review updates they've made. They are dedicated to making sure that their customers are getting the most out of their tool, which is also extremely reasonably priced compared to its competitors.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I would like to see a little more flexibility in the reporting features.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to track hundreds of open positions and the candidates that apply. I can see the last time I communicated with all of the candidates to make sure that I haven't forgotten to stay connected with anyone. i was able to create a custom work flow of steps and I can get a snapshot of where all of my candidates are in my hiring process, or how many candidates I have at each step of my process for each of the open positions that I have to for each of the contracts that I am working on. when candidates answer my prescreening questions I can quickly see if someone meets the minimum requirements for each position and if not I am able to still respond to each and every applicant with a click of a button based on event triggers that I set up which sends an email, again that I customized, for me to them that will reiterates the position that they applied for and, their name, etc., and why they aren't a fit. It saves me a ton of time having to respond to everyone while still responding to everyone. TAM saves me a lot of time by automating a lot of features without making it look like its "automated'. It allows a much more personal feeling.

  ### 5. Simple, effective, and cost efficient!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christina S. | Vice President, Director of Talent Acquisition, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2020

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I have been recruiting for over a decade, and TAM is probably the most user friendly and cost effective platform that I have used (I am experienced in at least a half-dozen different applicant tracking databases).

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

The dashboard is a bit old-fashioned as far as ATS systems go, but it's still very easy to read and understand. It's also customizable, so that outweighs the dated look and feel.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

I love the price per user model for TAM. Also, it was so easy to upload years of data and resumes into the system.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With TAM, I have been able to streamline talent, pipeline, and move candidates through our process with relative ease.

  ### 6. Good features for a small to medium size company. Great technical and personal support.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

Terrific support. Can call or email and get almost immediate quality response. The few times there wasn't an immediate solution available, there was still prompt follow up. All issues/questions get resolved.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

No dislikes at all after four years of use.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TAM helps organize our recruiting process. Eliminated manual recruiting practices and provides useful reports with minimal effort. TAM has lots of useful features for a small/midsize company that are easy to use even for an administrator who is not a technology wizard.

  ### 7. Flexible and Affordable System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Candice O. | Project Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2020

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

The Applicant Manager (TAM) allows us to create many diverse workflows based on different grant requirements to review and recruit our applicants. We have the different grants and allows us to post internally as well onto external job boards.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

Unable to delete multiple triggers at one time and current unable to auto assign workflow steps

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

Affordable and flexible workflows for each position as needed

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems at the moment - better accountability with our interview teams and applicants

  ### 8. Low cost, user friendly ATS with great customer support team.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2020

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

The lay out is user friendly and not overly complicated.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

Not much to dislike! The customer support team is prompt, helpful, and get things done quickly.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TAM helped us look into workflow triggers to allow messaging to go out to appropriate users as candidate applications moved through different stages.

  ### 9. Efficiency and simplicity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah L. | Marketer / Business Development , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I love that I can customize TAM however I want it and can make it the best for our needs as a company!
I also love that I can export anything to whatever format I like. Really starting to appreciate the extensive reports as well.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I wish there was a way to assign a task with an email and have the email sent out on it's own without having to set a permanent trigger. And I wish it was more mobile friendly for sure.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

Definitely use this if you have several candidates applying to several jobs, continuously.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits include speeding up the process of sourcing candidates and making it so much more efficient. Instead of inputting and organizing everything ourselves, TAM does it for us. It also allows us to communicate faster and specifically to who we want to in a organized way.

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

> Hi Hannah - thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We really appreciate you taking this time and are so glad to hear that TAM is working great for you and your team. We would love to hear more about what you would like your emails to look like. Please give us a call so we can discuss further!

  ### 10. Good for a basic Talent Acquisition tool

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2019

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

TAM is excellent for being able to pick up very easily by users of the system including managers with little experience using applicant management software. It also is highly configurable.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I was not employed by Auberge Resorts when this tool was selected, but it seems that there are disjointed pieces and functionality between different sites within our company. This could also be the downside to how highly configurable it is. We have had a problem that has been unable to be resolved by the TAM service team - hiring manager notification when statuses have been changed or notes have been input.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

It currently does not have mobile support (or if it does, it is not functionality we have).

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solution was put into place before I started and am not sure how applicant management worked prior to the software.

  ### 11. User Friendly ATS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2019

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I have been a TAM user for nearly 5 years now and have been very pleased with this ATS. TAM is a well organized, efficient and reliable platform which makes for a streamlined recruitment process. It is easy to post to multiple job boards in one quick step which is a definite time saver. You can customize in accordance with the specific needs of the organization. Also, customer service is helpful if you have any questions.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

Given that our hiring is highly seasonal, it would be nice if it was possible to freeze the service during months when we are not hiring in order to save money. However, other than that I do not have any complaints at this moment.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

I highly recommend TAM to anyone considering the platform.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been great to have all candidate information in one centralized location. Searching applicant information is seamless.

  ### 12. Great recruiting software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela P. | Corporate Recruiter, Management Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I really like the ease of use; it's very user friendly, also the job postings to free job boards and social media share functionality are great.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

The automated resume parsing doesn't always work properly, would like a better rating scale / system for the candidate evaluations (more than just a 5 star rating - possibly add categories), the ability to edit your notes would be helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

I definitely recommend this program!

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiring

  ### 13. Job Postings

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Payton W. | Supervisor, Individual & Family Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2019

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I like how it can organize people between jobs and can mark where they are at in your process

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I wish that TAM would be able to pick up duplicate applicants

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

Make sure you know what you want. Our company relies on TAM a lot so if you rely on TAM like we do make sure you give yourself time to look over what TAM can provide because TAM can help you find candidates within your system.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TAM has helped us to see where applicants are in the process

  ### 14. User friendly and efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2019

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

The format of TAM is very easy to navigate. It is to the point, and offers many features to assist you in your hiring process. My favorite thing about TAM is that when you post a position, you have the option to post on several job pages at once, as well as an automatic repost option, and instructions on how to post craigslist manually.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

One feature I wish that TAM would provide is for hiring managers to see if their applicant has applied to other positions

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

It is easy to use and does exactly what you need it to do. It is straight forward and has some unique features to help assist you and your organization.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

keeping track of all applicants and not having anyone fall through the cracks

  ### 15. User Friendly Product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2019

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I unfortunately was not trained on the system by my predecessor. I had to train myself. I was quite pleased to see how user friendly TAM is. It made my job so much easier to do!

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I have not found am dislikes as yet. I am still navigating my way through. But so far so good.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

I would recommend. I think you will be pleased with the product.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to build a robust pipeline. I am searching through applicants that applied previously and making good connections.

  ### 16. One Stop Shop for Recruiting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derria U. | HR Administrator, Real Estate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

The platform is very user friendly and anytime I have questions I get a response very quickly.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I wish that we could repost jobs every 30 days instead of 90 days.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves our company from having accounts with multiple platforms because they are all housed under TAM.

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

> Hi Derria,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We are happy to hear that you are pleased with TAM! As for job board posting - we can only do what the job boards allow us, but the ability to manually close and open positions is always yours. If there's a good faith reason to re-post sooner than 90 days, doing so manually once in a while is usually not a problem - but keep in mind it's up to you to comply with boards' anti-spam rules, so all reposts are "at your own risk" :). Again, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review!

  ### 17. TAM can do it all

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Warehousing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2019

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

What I like best about TAM is the customizable features. Onboarding through TAM has been super helpful, as has being able to send the background check through TAM and being able to view it as part of their applicant "profile."

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

Something I dislike about TAM is the readability/organization of the site. Maybe it is just me, but the font always seems so small and crammed I can hardly read or find what I am looking for right away.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit we have realized is being able to have everything about one applicant in one spot. Even incomplete and past applications. It is so convenient to be able to search one name (whether first or last name) and have everything you have from that person be visible right away. I like how you can customize the columns of what information shows when you are searching as well.

  ### 18. Ok for Crowds- but Clunky

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2019

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

The Applicant Manager's ability to track applicants who apply multiple times, and are blocked, etc.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

The weekly or daily scheduling of interviews is just not user-friendly and looks awful.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

Substance over style sounds a bit too generous. It's clunky and ugly, but occasionally does get an otherwise daunting job done.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to handle hundreds and hundreds of rolling applicants at a time. It does seem to handle volume well in an albeit hideous package,

  ### 19. a great applicant management system

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2019

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I like the look and ease of use of the system. it is not over complicated

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

The roadblocks we encounter to make it operate effectively for our business

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

The reporting tool is one of the lowest points of the tool. If you are looking to have a system that is easy to use and figure out, this is great. For data collection, you may need outside assistance, as the built in reporting isnt great and could use work

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not in charge of problems, but we have noticed a lot of "glitches" as tam calls them which greatly impact our team and applicants

  ### 20. Very intuitive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I like the flexibility of using a previous template to open a new job post. Being able to call support and they immediately fix the problem.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

Cannot change some of the initial set up features, like department and company names. Trying to find an answer to a problem is difficult.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

Ease of usage and excellent support.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Driving external applicants easily to the site and creating a talent pool.

  ### 21. Hiring made easy! No joke.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** sasha s. | project manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I love that TAM will post to multiple job boards with one click. We do not have to pay for any other service. I love that if I have to make changes to ad copy - I just log in to TAM and its updated across the board.
One of my favorite features is the ability to search the resumes by a certain keyword. Sometimes we will recall an applicant who had a skill in Tableau for example, but won't remember the name. With the help of TAM I am able to search all resumes and find that person fast!
I love the ability to write pass/fail questions that tell me the candidate is disqualified, so I don't waste my time looking at the resume.
A note must be made to the wonderfully helpful Jerry Su who helped us onboard and patiently helped me through every question and concern, following up on his words every time. That kind of work ethic is rare in the industry.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I had to think about this for a few minutes. We had a hard time customizing our jobs landing page. I believe we ended up just settling with us. It is still not bad!
The frugal part of me cringes when we have to pay for TAM the months that we are not looking for new hires. You cannot pause for a month if you are not hiring.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

I do not see many upgrades to the existing platform - but I am not sure that any are needed.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving my managers' time with posting ads and saving tremendous amounts of paper, because everyone used to print ads and have a pile on their desk. 90% were non-starters. With the help of TAM we are able to centralize the hiring process in one place.
Actually saves money because we used to pay Indeed for ads, but the Free ads through TAM actually brought us some great candidates.

**Official Response from Kitty Moriwaki:**

> Sasha, thank you so much for your review! We really appreciate your taking the time, and are very glad to hear that TAM is working well for you and your team.

We took a look at your company's careers page, which looks beautiful! It appears that you ended up using the page that our team created for you.

Regarding the months of your subscription that you are not looking for new hires... actually, we recommend that you continually recruit "passive" candidates to create a talent pool for future hiring. You'll find it more cost-effective to build a pool than to open separate, as-needed hiring processes.

Again, thank you for your feedback. It's invaluable to us and to future TAM users!

  ### 22. From the Get-Go, we have had nothing but a Positive Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura P. | Senior Business Analyst & Manager of Operations, Pharmaceuticals, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

The responsiveness of the entire team, being willing to 'hear' our needs and come away 'understanding' what it is that our company needs to satisfy our own clients. The role TAM plays is vital to our company, from the analyst, to the developers, and the ongoing support team. I can tell they want to 'please' and they do not disappoint.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

Honestly, I don not have any negative feedback. So far, we are so pleased with TAM.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a unique client base made up of Higher Education Institutions who have search committees that make the hiring decision. TAM allows us to facilitate our client's needs for the search committee members to 'rate' the applicants for the executive level searches they hire us to conduct. We then use that rating data to help the search committees to come to a consensus so that the right person is hired.

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

> Thank you so much for your kind words, Laura. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. As you know, we value our customers greatly and your feedback is invaluable to our team and to future TAM users. Our team loves having the opportunity to support your recruiting needs. We look forward to continuing to work with you and your team!

  ### 23. The ATS has given us a pool of new applicants but the job board transferring has been a nightmare.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2019

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I like that is is fairly easy to use and the it will send our jobs to several free job boards.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

We just started using it and I just wish that I understand the ins and outs of how it would work for us and that the job posting would transfer well with CareerBuilder. As of now with our set up, its not working the way we thought it would.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all applicants on one database and having a nice site for applicants to apply to. Benefit is to have all the information stored on job details and candidates.

  ### 24. Its been okay

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Individual & Family Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2019

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I like the triggered emails and how it is somewhat customizable. I wish It was easier to access candidates and it was organized in a more logical way.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I dislike the way that it looks. Not very attractive

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to organize our high volume of applicants

  ### 25. Great Service and User Friendly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna L. | Talent Acquisition Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

The best part of using TAM has been the fantastic service offered by the customer support team. We went through a rebuild of our system earlier this year and Jerry was so helpful in working with us to understand the business, what we needed, and help to get things setup appropriately. I also like that they are always working to improve, add new and better features, and make my life easier!

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

There have been a few technical bugs, and sometimes when you have to go in and change something (an approval flow, for example) after already setting it up one way there have been glitches. Most are minor, and can be fixed without too much trouble.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been a huge benefit in tracking our time-to-fill metrics and providing clear, consistent communication around candidates.

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

> Hi Anna thank you so much for your review. We are glad to hear you've enjoyed our great service and user-friendly system - we've certainly enjoyed assisting you when you need us! Data management in TAM, like anywhere else, is (as you know) essential, so it's important to keep in mind when you're making changes that might affect your TAM database. I'm glad fixing these issues hasn't caused you too much trouble, and please do reach out to us if you'd like to learn more about how to avoid data management problems going forward.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

Reporting and data integrity is difficult without building in work arounds into HR Processes

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increased Applicant numbers due to ease of application process; automation for communication and email templates

  ### 27. Talent Acquisition Manager

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2019

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

Platform is very straight forward and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

the reporting functions pull literal data and clicks. Needs more reporting capabilities.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, there are no problems but anytime I reach out to Customer Service, i receive a reply quick. That is a benefit- quick response with solutions or answers.

  ### 28. Great tool for keeping track of candidates!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Defense & Space | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2019

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

Ease of use, charts are great that show the number of applicants per job. I like tags a lot and customization is great as our positions are quite niche-y.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I would have liked the interface to be more appealing. I also think that it could be faster. Some pages with more information take a long time to fully load.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With The Applicant Manager, I am able to store candidate resumes and pertinent information in a central location and able to access this with ease.

  ### 29. Amazing applicant tracking system. Very efficient and effective!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsey R. | Recruiter, Retail, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

It is very user friendly and has lot of features to make sure that the best candidates are selected. I like the format of the application and how you can edit it in many ways. It is very easy to find candidates though search. It leaves a paper trail for each candidate. you can open multiple windows at any time so if someone else calls back you dont have to stop everything to find something else in the system.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

After using different tracking systems I have to say that there is nothing i really dislike about TAM. It truly has been amazing to work with

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to ensure efficeient and effective hiring of candidates. The system makes it very easy to streamline candidates.

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

> Thank you so much for sharing, Lindsey. We really appreciate you taking this time and are so glad to hear that TAM is working great for you and your team. As you know, we value our customers greatly and your feedback is invaluable to our team and to future TAM users. Our team loves having the opportunity to support your recruiting needs. We look forward to continuing to work with you!

  ### 30. Efficient and cost effective - great customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ursula Z. | Regional VP of Talent & Culture, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2019

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

Very responsive to requests, easy to use, Google platform which aligns with what we use internally.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

Does not align with our Managers calendars. Manual login required to get full sense of candidates.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing comes to mind at this time

  ### 31. An efficient applicant tracking tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I like that I can organize TAM by the type of applicant, as well as the step they are on in our process. I like that I can create reminder tasks based on their assigned step. I also love that I can add tags in order to search for a therapist with a specific license or other preference.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I dislike that TAM can take a long time to load all of my applicants, and that candidates can get uploaded more than once (creating duplicates). I don't like that I need administrative rights to clean up these issues. I also don't like how the same person with a different last name can reapply and look like a new applicant, when perhaps they were previously failed. I am not sure how TAM could ever fix that, understandably.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm solving the problem of keeping track of candidates and making sure they don't get lost in the process. We have realized the benefit of scheduling candidates promptly, and reaching out if they do not. It's also great when people reapply, to know who they are and if we wanted to work with them or not. It's a great place to access candidates' emails, phone numbers, and addresses.

  ### 32. Great entry level ATS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan W. | HR Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

It's very easy to use, great support, has all of the basic features you'd expect from an ATS. The price is affordable, however, it's a bummer that they charge per user. The initial training was very thorough but took a long time. It's easy to organize your candidates in a variety of ways and have quick, easy access to all applicants for each position all in one place. Tracking emails, the ability to add in 3rd party personality assessments, background checks, reference checks, etc. is helpful. Easy to post to multiple job boards with one click in TAM. Automating emails, templates for emails, making forms, pre-screening questions, triggers to send emails or forms, custom workflows for different jobs, etc. are just many of the features I enjoy.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I'd like to have additional users but we can't justify the cost. I wish the integrated with the personality assessment company but when I asked about it TAM told me they've never heard of this company and dropped it there. I wish TAM would automatically repost to job boards more often than every 90 days (yes, I know that's a job board directive not something TAM insisted on, but still, every 90 days?).

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

It doesn't have all of the features that some of the more expensive ATS have but it does everything it advertises very well. You can't beat their customer support either.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TAM has saved me a tremendous amount of time and keeps me much more organized.

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

> Hi Ryan - thanks so much for your thorough review! We're very glad your overall experience with us has been good, but let's see what we can do to clean up those "dislikes"! We're always happy to entertain requests for new integrations, so I'm alarmed to hear you felt "dropped" when you asked. Can you remind us which provider you liked? I'll be happy to take it back to our partnerships manager for review.

Auto-reposting - you hit that nail on the head - we can only do what the job boards allow us, but the ability to manually close and open positions is always yours. If there's a good faith reason to re-post sooner than 90 days, doing so manually once in a while is usually not a problem - but keep in mind it's up to you to comply with boards' anti-spam rules, so all reposts are "at your own risk".

While we strive to provide our clients with a simple user experience, sometimes the simplistic appearance leads to a lack of awareness of the many advanced features and integrations that TAM does offer. We'd love to connect you with your account manager (at your leisure) who can walk you through some of the features you're not aware of. We want to help make sure you're getting the most out of TAM! We'll also be hosting a webinar soon to expand your use of our advanced features and we hope you'll be able to attend! Again, thank you for taking the time to review TAM!

  ### 33. Amazing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benigna G. | HR Assistant , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

What I love about TAM is how easy it is to use and the great customer service they provide.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I have been using the system for a year now and I still haven't found something I do not like.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

This application is absolutely amazing if you are looking a system to help with tracking your applicants. Also if you are a mid size company that needs to provide reporting for you AAP and or EEO1, this applicant has made it so easy to track and provide the necessary data for those reports. The application has been so easy to utilized as well as to train new employees. Another amazing thing we have loved from The Application Manager is the amazing customer service they provide. They are very fast to respond and also conduct a one on one training we anyone new individual we hire.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of the benefits TAM has solved for our company have been keeping our company on track when it comes to recruitment, and reporting.

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

> Thank you so much for your feedback, Benigna. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us and your feedback is invaluable to our team and to future TAM users! We are so pleased to hear how happy you are with TAM and the great success TAM is bringing you. We have to agree with you – we think our team is the best in the business and we love having the opportunity to support your recruiting needs. We look forward to continuing to work with you!

  ### 34. TAM

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I like that I can email applicants as well as other managers regarding resumes and applications. I also like that I can take 'notes' on each applicant along the way. I also like that you can move applicants from one position to another if their skill set applies. Overall, it's pretty user friendly.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I would like to see emails sent to candidates post change in status. For example, if I do a thumbs down on a candidate, the system should auto generate an email to the candidate stating "thanks but no thanks." This could also be done at the "hired" stage--an email to the candidate that says "we are so excited to have you, here's what to expect next." I realize you can set up templates and send those messages out, but you have to select your group that you would like to send. If you screen applicants and tell them no they fall out of the active list and you forget to go back in and send an email. I would like to see a consolidated step for this.

I would also like to see an icon on the applicant profile to email them directly.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Applicant Manager makes it easy to track candidates and take notes on who you have contacted and where at in the process they may be. It's been a great snapshot into staffing and also in telling the story of constraints we may be seeing.

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

> Hi there - thank you so much for the thorough review! Automated and bulk emailing from TAM is one of our most popular features, but it sounds like you might not have configured the "automated" part of that yet. On your TAM Desktop, go to Setup > Event Triggers, to see how you can automate all sorts of emails based on events like "Failing" at a certain workflow step. As you already know, keeping that warm & fuzzy communication, even with your dispositioned candidates is crucial to an open and friendly recruiting process, and our Event Triggers can help you do that without all the extra effort or risk of forgetting. As for emailing from the applicant profile, try clicking on their email address (no icon needed) - that will open a TAM email composer (not your Outlook) so you can quickly and easily send individual emails as well. We'll also be hosting a webinar soon to expand your use of our features and we hope you'll be able to attend! Thanks again and have a wonderful day!

  ### 35. The Best AAP compliant software for the price!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Machinery | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

As a smaller company with AAP requirements, this software was the only software I found that had compliant reports and who understood the areas and issues an auditor would ask about. It does one thing - applicant tracking - and it does it well. The software is intuitive, direct, and easy to learn. I love that in one window I can see and access the complete record of an applicant. The fact that I can easily add in applicants who apply through other means is a big plus. And I'm still amazed that I get all that for the price that TAM charges. Kudos, high fives and any other accolade you can think of for TAM!!!

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

It doesn't integrate scheduling interviews with Outlook.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I frequently hire for the same positions throughout the year. Having templates for the ads, being able to group my applicants by skills (regardless of when they applied) and giving managers access to these applicants has saved me time and gotten rid of all paper in the recruiting process. As a technical employer, the tags feature has been instrumental in ensuring that applicants who apply for one position but have different skills we may need in the future aren't lost in the shuffle.

  ### 36. Easy, user friendly

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Riana I. | Staffing Coordinator, Human Resources, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2019

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

easy to track our candidates and see who has applied

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

It doesn't reject the people who do not qualify at all

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of our resumes that we save

  ### 37. TAM includes many helpful tools for recruiting.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia M. | Benefits Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

It is very helpful to have a search tool for previous applicants. The pre-screening questions also save me a lot of time when filtering through a large pool of applicants.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

The website could be more user-friendly and intuitive. This would make it easier to find the tabs you're looking for at a faster rate.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

Great for companies of varying size with helpful support staff.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before TAM, we received resumes through email. Now, we do not need to screen applicants that do not make it past the pre-screening questions. This cuts back on wasted time and allows us to only view applicants with skills more aligned to the open job position.

**Official Response from Kitty Moriwaki:**

> Thank you so much for sharing, Julia. We really appreciate your taking the time, and are glad to hear that TAM is working well for you and your team. Your feedback is invaluable to us and to future TAM users.
As for user-friendliness of the website -- we hope you can participate in one of our monthly webinars, which offer useful tips in navigating features. We look forward to continuing to work with you to support your recruiting needs!

  ### 38. Great Application for Recruiting!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgan B. | Human Resource Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I like that TAM has a lot of functionalities such as emailing fillable forms to coworkers about certain candidates (score cards, questionnaires, etc.). I also like that adding candidates from outside sources such as Dental Post, Craigslist, and Zip Recruiter is very easy.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

The reporting function is pretty basic and not very user friendly until you really play with it. They give you more options than you need with the reports so that is a plus, you do have more options to pick from.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moving the candidate thru a workflow, ability to view the resume while filling out my phone interview, many great functionalities that make the interviewing process easier.

**Official Response from Kitty Moriwaki:**

> Thank you so much for your positive review. We appreciate your taking the time to share your experience with us. We value our customers greatly and your feedback is important to our team and to future TAM users!
Your team may want to check out one of our monthly webinars, which can expand your use of advanced features, as well as provide tips on use of standard features. We look forward to continuing to work with you and your team!

  ### 39. TAM Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amerisafe G. | Recruiter, Staffing and Recruiting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I really like how easy the integration is between TAM and the job boards. Makes posting positions so quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

There is no way to sort by area/zip code for candidates. Unless I "Tag" them in the system, it's too hard to manage old applicants in a geographic area.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

Play around in the system, you'll discover more on your own than through the Webinars.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are streamlining applicants. As soon as they apply TAM alerts me via email, so even if I am remote I can answer quickly. If TAM wants to be successful moving forward, they should integrate texting software into this system.

  ### 40. Basic Applicant Tracking System

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanya C. | Recruiter, Human Resources, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

TAM has the essentials you are looking for in an ATS. Ability to send mass emails and create email templates is helpful for initial screening of candidates

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

The user experience/interface is not the prettiest compared to others, it is a bit clunky and cumbersome.
When emails come through notifying an applicant has applied there is not a resume attached, you have to go to TAM to view instead of a quick glance in the email.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

For the basics in an ATS it fits the bill. No frills, but gets the job done.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking candidates through the recruitment lifecycle process.
Receiving additional candidates through the free job postings

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

> Hi Tanya - Thanks so much for taking the time to submit your review. We truly appreciate it! If you have some time, or during your next client check-in, we'd love to hear how we can better streamline your experience. Please keep your ideas coming! Thank you again, and Happy New Year!

  ### 41. TAM has united our HR operations with other municipal departments!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cheryl G. | Sr. HR Analyst/Public Information Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

Being able to share applicant information without having to print all the documents has been a blessing!

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I dislike that I have not had time to learn all that I can regarding using TAM.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

I believe businesses that have a need for a Human Resource Information System should give The Applicant Manager a try. The representatives are excellent and knowledgeable, and the costs will definitely suit your company's budget.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TAM has alleviated the time spent on researching every minor detail of the hiring process; all our information is documented, or uploaded to the system (i.e. who is being replaced, if an applicant is a current employee, the residency of applicants, and the like) for ease of access. One benefit is that these options help Human Resources and the directors keep track of details important to the hiring process.

**Official Response from Kitty Moriwaki:**

> Thank you, Cheryl, for your kind words! We're so glad to hear that TAM has streamlined your hiring process. We appreciate your taking the time to share what's been working well for you and your team -- your comments are invaluable for our team and for future TAM users! We hope you can attend our mid-month webinars, which can provide tips on standard features, as well as expand your use of advanced features.
We look forward to continuing to work with you and your team!

  ### 42. I use TAM for my recruitment needs along with one other recruitment manager at my company

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shannon C. | Recruitment Specialist, Warehousing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

I really like how I can move candidates through steps, send off resumes very easily to managers and have templates for e-mails to send ot candidates. I also like that I can see if they have applied before and that I can write notes.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I am not sure if I am able to, but it would be nice to have an address book for my e-mail as I am sending e-mails to managers all the time through TAM and would like to be able to choose their address from TAM.
I also would like to see an more structured way of rating their quality. Maybe a way for my company to put in there what 3 stars or 4 stars means to us?

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quicker response time for candidates and a way stronger candidate experience for them in result.

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

> Hi Shannon - thanks so much for your review! Some of our best features started out as suggestions from our clients! As for emailing managers, TAM does work with your browser's auto-fill, so any common addresses should populate as you type. If you're looking for more of an address-book-esque function, setting up user accounts for those managers would definitely help. At your convenience, we'd be happy to review your options with you!

  ### 43. Easy installation and very user friendly.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick W. | Human Resources Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

Point and click ease of use. User interface is very intuitive and easy. Uploading attachments are very simple. We produce work lists based on whatever criteria we choose.. Selecting groups of applicants for job skills are simple to produce. The system is flexible to meet our varied needs for workflow and approval processes for our various employment groups and occupational types.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

Reporting needs to be strengthened. We would like the ability to make minor revisions to the application over the life of the application such as address and telephone number changes. The applicant is forced to submit a new application if there are minor changes.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

Easy to implement and very cost effective.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improved recruitment for our various positions. Integrates nicely with various job boards and advertising sources.

  ### 44. Best of its kind!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mimi F. | Deputy Program Manager, Defense & Space, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

Easy to use, versatile with big software capability, perfect for the small to mid-sized company.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

There's no address book feature. The auto populate is very helpful, but it has limitations.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

3 years ago, I went to a Monster event and asked other recruiters for suggestions of ATSs for our small company. The Applicant Manager (TAM) was what I ended up buying and have never regretted it for one minute! So much bang for the buck, it's unusual today.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to transition to software and away from tracking applicants with Excel. TAM was easy to sell to my leadership. The investment was minimal for the number of users we had at the time, and it was simple to implement. It's been easy to train new recruiters on as well.

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

> Hi Mimi- thanks so much for your review! Some of our best features started out as suggestions from our clients! We are so pleased to hear that you are having such a good experience with us. As you mentioned, TAM does work with your browser's auto-fill, so any common addresses should populate as you type. If you're looking for more of an address-book-esque function (when emailing managers), setting up user accounts for those managers would definitely help. At your convenience, we'd be happy to review your options with you. Give us a shout! Again, thank you so much for your review.

  ### 45. Very fast paced Staffing Agency Use

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alicia G. | Recruiting Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

The job posting ability is very robust. It posts on several job boards at once which is a huge time saver.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

Sometimes we still have to keep spreadsheets because positions open and close so frequently. It's faster to change a cell in excel than in to open and close a requisition in TAM.

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

There is frequent outages during the day for upgrades. Should be done outside standard working hours.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to contact candidates en masse is very helpful. Also the job posting feature is extremely robust.

  ### 46. Great customer experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barbara M. | Talent Acquisition, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

TAM is easy to install AND easy to use! The implementation process was quick & easy. Customer support is always able to answer my questions. I love the knock-out question options for the online app.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I love data, so would like a bit more on the reporting side, but I think most people would be more than happy with the reporting options.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy tracking of candidates; easy database searches for candidate skill sets; employment application (not online app to start he process) was easy to install.

**Official Response from Kitty Moriwaki:**

> Thank you, Barbara, for your kind words! It's great to hear that TAM has streamlined your hiring process, simplifying your tracking of candidates and searches for their skill sets. We're proud of our responsive support team, which is eager to work directly with our customers.
You may want to participate in any of our monthly webinars to expand your use of advanced features, and to raise the topic of reporting options. Or at your convenience, contact our support team, who can review your options with you. Many of the best ideas come from our customers! We look forward to continuing to work with your and your team.

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2019

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

Very easy to use, love the ability to sort candidates easily to prioritize whom I should see first. Also felt that customer service was great - really worked with us to figure out solutions within our budget.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

Reporting functions aren't as intuitive or easy to use.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency with recruitment processes

  ### 48. Technical Recruiter

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Crystal E. | Senior Technical Recruiter, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2018

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

Ability to upload multiple documents at once, and easily see the status of a role inside a job.

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

In regards to what I dislike or what I would change, my focus would be on the search function as I find that it is rather sloppy. Also, I do not get much use from the alerts., maybe an update or self selected alerts?

**Recommendations to others considering The Applicant Manager:**

Affordable, reliable. Good customer service.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use TAM to track applicants interviewing with our clients, the ability to have resume, notes, contact info all at a quick search is great but not unique to TAM I am afraid.I do think there is a good knowledge base that I have referenced several times in the past for quick answers.

**Official Response from Jayme Dean:**

> Hi Crystal - thanks so much for taking the time to submit a review - we appreciate it! Have you had the opportunity to use our advanced search features? Based on your comments, it sounds like Event Triggers are going to knock your socks off for those self selected alerts and other automations! We'll be hosting a webinar soon to expand your use of our features and we hope you'll be able to attend! In the meantime, please reach out to your account manager at your convenience for immediate aid in searching- thank you again!

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

I wish that customization were a little easier to manage.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are really minimizing the turn around time on new hires/onboarding.

**What do you like best about The Applicant Manager?**

The customization and ability to get notifications about positions

**What do you dislike about The Applicant Manager?**

There’s almost too many options to choose from.

**What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving different organizational problems by using the desktop and allowing us to communicate through there for status.
