I am in the other timezone from support, so I write them on my workday, they answer me at night. So, we have a conversation for several days. - Support never tells the dates to fix their bugs. Never. And all the people who have the issue never know if it will be fixed. - Gurock doesn't mind if it's users have some bugs. They released a feature that broke screenshots pasting and said that they don't see this problem. Then they saw the issue and got it from many other users. It is the high-priority bug that affected our work as testers. However, they made two releases without bugfix. - They have critical bugs and don't fix them. That screenshot bug they were fixing for two months. All this time, every team was complaining in their blog. - They do it again. Now I'm changing the instrument. Because there is another issue with screenshot inserting, if you don't believe it, take a look at their blog https://discuss.gurock.com/t/announcing-testrail-7-1-with-attachment-management-improvements/17670/142. - They are increasing their price because they did an important and challenging job. Do you think this is sarcasm? No, that's what they wrote in the last letter. - Reports. You will never know how many test-runs did your tester. You can just list it and count yourself. - Integration. For monthes we tried to integrate with youtrack.
