"Easy to Use with a Super Helpful Jira Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TestRail?

Easy to use, and the Jira integration has been the most helpful part for my everyday work. The AI implementation was okay, but it still isn’t accurate enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestRail?

There’s a lot of manual work required to fill in all the details. The AI test cases aren’t what I expected, and the AI integration performance is not up to the mark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestRail?

There's been a lot of downtime when things don't work but lately it's been fine. Cannot find much negative. Maybe one thing they can add is able to generate reports based on what we need instead of prefilled options Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"TestRail: Organized Test Management with Room for Speed Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about TestRail?

I appreciate that TestRail brings structure and consistency to our workflow. Everything stays organized in one place, and it's easy to see coverage at a glance. I find it incredibly helpful for making regression and release testing repeatable because test cases, runs, and results are traceable over time. I'm also able to write test cases and organize them according to the feature, and trace them back to the requirements, ensuring consistency in test cases. The initial setup of TestRail was easy, which added to the overall positive experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestRail?

It is very slow at times. As the test library grows, navigating sections and searching and doing bulk updates can feel slower and more manual than it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
