**What do you like best about Chatbot?**

Chatbot is available 24/7, thus ensuring chatbot services outside business hours. It provides faster resolution of L1 queries compared to human agents and also reduces their workload so that they can focus on complex issues.

**What do you dislike about Chatbot?**

Chatbot has limited predefined workflows with complex queries requiring intervention from human agents. Customization of chatbots is complex and requires development expertise of engineers.

**What problems is Chatbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Business Consultant, I often recommend Chatbot to clients who are already using Service Now portal and here is how Chatbot is benefiting my clients:
1. Earlier customers had a long wait time to get their IT and HR queries resolved. With Service Now Chatbot, customers get instant or faster issue resolution chat support.
2. Higher volumes of repetitive queries are easily handled by Chatbot allowing human agents to focus on complex queries.
3. With human agents, 24/7 chat support was not possible for customers. But, with ServiceNow Chatbot, customers from all geographies can get instant query resolution support.

It provides the basic chatbot solution for any website in minutes. I liked its advanced AI integration to analysis website content and provide relevant options to include in chatbot automation.

It must have more features like social media integrations and more information about viisitors on the website.

Chatbot proivdes all relevant infomration of the website to the visitors in seconds. It also helped me to organise my website important pages. its Ai integration is very helpful to manage Live Chat option.

The servicenow chatbot is very easy to set up and use. it helps user to get answers very quickly. It is very easy to integrate with the servicenow workflows which makes it more useful. it can handle common IT and HR related requests well.

Chatbot provides generic response sometime which can be imrove more.

The servicenow chatbot helps to automate IT and HR support by handling all the common queries like password reset, FAQ releted queries etc.

I like that it is a great way to keep a customer engaged and gain useful information prior to starting a conversation with them myself.

Depending on the way a customer phrases their question, chatbot may not be able to always respond in the most helpful of ways and can escalate customers frustrations at times.

It is greeting customers in chat and gaining info about the customers issues prior to being forwarded to me to solve the issue

I like that the AI Chatbot interface is user friendly. I like that there is 24/7 support too. I have used it returning items on different shopping sites that I order from.

Sometimes the AI responses are kind of too general. But that is when the Live Chat person steps in to take over.

Chatbot is solving customer to seller questions in a timely manner. It can answer general questions using AI technology.

**What do you like best about Chatbot?**

Is the best tool for answering your customers at any time. We use it to answer customers in holidays, at night and any time we cant have an person answering. User further to collect customer information as email, phone number and this is the way we create leads at any time.

**What do you dislike about Chatbot?**

It is very simple, but to use it at 100% you made neet tu complete the training. Maybe if they have a video tutorial should be better. In spanish or other languages too.
It would be excellent if they have a whatsapp version.

Take the full training, it worth 100%

If your ecommerce needs to be online 24-7, then you need a chatbot to connect at any time. Using chatbot we can answer customers at night, on holidays or any time. Its always available to work!

I like the chatbot as it is very useful to help users quickly resolve a common question or frequently asked questions. It responds to users' questions with accurate to near-immediate responses, which allows them to solve the issue, and it is very as well. User needs to chat their question to the chatbot message window, and the chatbot will immediately respond to that.

**What do you dislike about Chatbot?**

As chatbot uses natural language processing and has predefined text answers so sometimes, it doesn't have the exact response to the user's query.

I would suggest using Chatbot to companies that are using ServiceNow to reduce the human effort for common questions as Chatbot is the best tool to solve those questions in an interactive way.

It helps save costs as humans can work on other tasks rather than providing support to common questions, which chatbot can help with. It increases customer engagement as well.

Stuck in a loop, giving wrong answers as per incorrect training or Dialogflow

Also has experience with conversational modeling using Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning, building on bots, and working in a development and integration environment.
