On their own website, they claim, "if you upgrade to a premium membership, you can build policies for as many sites and apps as you need." However, this isn't true. Their "Pro" plan costs $120 annually and all you are able to create is ONE privacy policy and ONE terms of use for ONE website.

When I contacted the company pointing out this fatal flaw in their advertising, they stated that pricing changes were made in February 2019 to limit Pro Plans and Pro+ Plans to only one website. This change was never announced or shared with the public – not even on their pricing page (https://app.termly.io/user/products).

My claim was forwarded to their "higher management," whose best remedy for the situation was to just update the wording on their website instead of, you know, fulfill their promise as a SaaS company.

Termly provides a diverse array of attorney-drafted, GDRP compliant, and comprehensive policies that can be used on virtually any website. In addition to the website policies themselves, Termly offers a way to install a banner or click-wrap notice on your website. And they also have great customer support. Termly is growing rapidly and soon this will not be an issue, but I would like to see some additional policies that are tailored to certain types of websites or industries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
