**What do you like best about Teneo.ai?**

Reliable conversational ai for regulated industries. It has exceptional orchestration capabilities and advanced guardrail layers and its outstanding in its traceability and it is easy for our development team to trace mistakes and debug issues. This level of transparency is absolutely essential for guaranteeing that our AI agents are production ready for enterprise use and safe for our customers. his allows us to leverage state-of-the-art generative models while maintaining strict control over the conversation flow. We run on Genesys and use Teneo for voice and chat. 

The level of customizable developer functionalities it offers is unmatched. I particularly like how it works with LLM, without us being dependent on a particular LLM which derisks our strategy.

**What do you dislike about Teneo.ai?**

The learning curve for the linguistic modeling language can be a bit steep initially, but the control it provides is worth it.

**What problems is Teneo.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a platform that could handle complex conversational AI deployments at an enterprise scale for millions of calls without compromising on security or reliability. Teneo solves this by providing robust security certificates, strict SLAs. Once we had the first agent the other agents where easy to build which really saves the devs team a lot of time and makes us much more productive. Another thing is the enterprise-grade control.

Teneo.ai is a powerful and easy to use AI platform for building smart chabots. It feels very professional, supports complex conversations, and works well for real business use. I found it realiable, flexible, and great for creating human like customer experiences. It also supports advanced logics and backed connectivity very well. We need proper planning and knowledge for implementation. The integrations are stablw and reliable once set up.

**What do you dislike about Teneo.ai?**

Some parts of platform feels "heavy" and not as fast or lightweight as newer.I feel its more suited for large enterprises rather than individual developers. Its not a plug - and play solution.

**What problems is Teneo.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teneo.ai sloves the challenge of creating intelligent, context - aware virtual assistant that can handle real business conversational - not just simple FAQ's. It helps automate customer interactions with accuracy, supports multiple languages, and connets easily to backend system. For me, it's beneficial because it gives enterprise level contro and flexibility to design smarter, personalized AI experiences.

**What do you like best about Teneo.ai?**

Teneoai was easy to get started with and I didn’t feel overwhelmed during setup. Teneoai has been a solid addition to my workflow and I find it easy to use once you get past the initial learning curve It comes packed with features that actually matter and I use it almost daily without it feeling like a chore Integrating it with our existing systems was smooth and did not cause disruptions and their customer support team has been responsive and genuinely helpful whenever I had a question.

The interface could be more modern and intuitive.

By dynamically routing queries—sending high-complexity requests to powerful models and simpler tasks to lean variants—Teneo claims cost reductions of up to 98% without compromising quality. Teneo Studio has no‑code, low‑code, and pro‑code interfaces for building conversational workflows, suitable for both business users and developers.

**What do you dislike about Teneo.ai?**

Its not very cost effective for small businesses. Only mid size to large suze business can effectively use it. Orchestration, RAG, and agent development require technical maturity to integrate with backend systems and manage context flows.

Its helping a lot with normal queries and basic workflows that can be automated. It also helps with streamlining the process and triage.

Sometime the UI feels a bit slow and few steps are confusing when you link diffrent intents. Needs little more smoothing.

As a solution provider, we liked the control and flexibility that Teneo.ai offers, you can pretty much integrate any external applications (e.g Contact Centres, Multi-channel, Gen AI). Packed with many in-build tools and capabilities we can build, optimize and scale conversation AI applications at a lightning speed. 

Intuitive GUI facility to design conversational flows

The optimization tools are another level (session viewer, TQL facility). 

The behind the product is awesome, exceptional support.

Nothing to dislike particularly, however as the solutions grows bigger it becomes challenging to any new developers to handle

Cost: Because Teneo's platform is enterprise-level software, it can be expensive and difficult for smaller businesses to purchase. We had to set up a Voice Bot for the End users. We utilised Teneo to fulfil our needs.  It worked superbly. It helped us reach multi-lingual people.
