Had to reach out about a conferencing issue and my representative was knowledgeable, polite, helpful and patient after I told her what I needed help with. She walked me through steps and we did some troubleshooting and she got me where I needed to be in about 10 minutes. She was concise and gave clear instructions, so I was able to get back to the things I needed to do.
