What's most impressive is the Ease of Implementation and the quality of their developer documentation. I was part of a team building a prototype for an educational app that needed a live video tutoring feature. I was able to integrate their SDK and get a basic, high-quality one-on-one video call working in our test app in less than a day. For something as complex as real-time video, their clear code samples and step-by-step guides made the process incredibly fast and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only area I found slightly difficult was the pricing model. While the free tier is very generous for development and testing, it was hard to calculate the estimated cost for a full-scale production launch. The cost depends on many factors like video resolution and geographic regions, and the documentation for pricing wasn't as clear as the technical guides.
