Listing widget is not customizable & property filter doesn't allow several frequently used filter criteria, such as searching within a certain price range or showing properties with 3 or MORE bedrooms. You can only search for a set bedroom amount, which leads prospective applicants to believe there aren't any properties with more bedrooms than the exact amount specified by the selected filter.
