TelHey offers pay-as-you-go pricing starting at US$0.02 per minute, a US$5 minimum top-up, and no monthly subscription. The rate for the destination number is shown before dialing. TelHey is operated by New Access LLC. It supports outbound calling; incoming calls, callbacks, SMS, and emergency calling are not supported.
