TelHey is a browser-based international calling platform for small businesses, freelancers, and distributed teams. Users can make outbound calls to landlines and mobile phones in over 140 countries and regions directly from a computer or mobile browser, without installing an app. Recipients answer on their regular phone and do not need a TelHey account or internet connection.
Teams can create a workspace, invite members, share one prepaid calling balance, and review team call records, with no per-member fees. TelHey offers pay-as-you-go pricing starting at US$0.02 per minute, a US$5 minimum top-up, and no monthly subscription. The rate for the destination number is shown before dialing.
TelHey is operated by New Access LLC. It supports outbound calling; incoming calls, callbacks, SMS, and emergency calling are not supported.
