TejDocs Reviews & Product Details

TejDocs is a secure document sharing and Virtual Data Room (VDR) platform built for CA firms, founders, investors, and legal professionals who handle sensitive documents as part of their daily work. Most businesses still share confidential files over email and WhatsApp with no access controls, no audit trail, and no way to revoke what has already been sent. Once a file leaves your inbox, you have no visibility into who opened it, who forwarded it, or whether it ended up in the wrong hands. TejDocs gives you complete control over every document you share, from the moment it is sent to the moment access is revoked. Secure Document Sharing Share files via secure, trackable links with full control over how recipients interact with them. Set expiry dates so links automatically stop working after a defined period. Restrict downloads to prevent files from being saved locally. Add mandatory NDA checkboxes so recipients must agree to terms before accessing any document. Apply self-destruct timers to automatically delete access after a set number of views or hours. Dynamic watermarking embeds recipient details onto every page, deterring unauthorized forwarding or screenshots. Revoke access at any time with a single click, and track every view through a detailed activity log that shows you exactly who accessed your document and when. Virtual Data Rooms Run due diligence, fundraising rounds, investor reporting, or board meetings inside structured, permission-controlled data rooms. Organize documents in folders with granular, folder-level permissions so each stakeholder only sees what they are meant to see. Assign role-based access to team members, advisors, and external parties without losing control of your data. Monitor stakeholder activity through analytics dashboards that give you a clear picture of engagement across the room. Every action taken inside the data room is recorded in a complete audit log, giving you a reliable record for compliance, legal, or governance purposes. File Request Collect documents from clients, counterparties, or onboarding contacts through secure public upload links. Recipients can upload files directly into your workspace without needing to create an account. Files arrive organized and accessible without sitting in unencrypted email threads or getting lost in back-and-forth messages. Add consent checkboxes and display your Data Protection Officer contact details on the upload page to stay aligned with data privacy best practices. Security and Privacy TejDocs is built on AES-256 encryption with malware protection and enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. Every file is stored and transmitted securely, giving you and your clients confidence that sensitive data is protected at every step. Unlike platforms that monitor reading behavior at a granular level, TejDocs is privacy-first by design. We believe document security should protect both the sender and the recipient, not surveil them. Built for Indian Businesses TejDocs is designed with the requirements of India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 in mind, helping businesses build compliant document workflows without additional complexity. Whether you are a CA firm sharing audit reports, a founder running an investor data room, a legal team exchanging contracts, or a finance professional collecting client documents, TejDocs gives you the security, control, and professional experience your work demands.
