I didnt really need to use the user guide as there was a natural flow to the tool. **What do you dislike about Teemyco?** The tool doesnt work very well with Microsoft tools i found which was unfortunate **What problems is Teemyco solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can speak to other people whenever I need to and see at a glance when they have completed certain tasks and need me to revert, ie with ordering/accounting since they will be in the allocated room, ie in-progress, blocked, completed. We used Teemyco to complete an expansion project in May after it was recommended to me by a friend. You dont just have to use it as an employer-employee tool, I used it as a project management tool to work with other stakeholders who lived in different counties. ### 2. We have a shared space just like the 'real' office! It's easy to interact and tp spend time with colleagues. **What do you dislike about Teemyco?** There are no downsides to using Teemyco; sometimes it can take a while if you are in a room with mike and camera off, to turn everything on, so maybe increased speed would be helpful. **What problems is Teemyco solving and how is that benefiting you?** Teemyco offers a shared space for staff to meet and to feel that it is possible to interact in an easy way; you have a place to go even though you work from home, which we have found is essential to keep staff engaged and loyal. Teemyco has been a great tool (and continues to be) also for cross-team interaction, it allows spontaneous chats in the coffee room or colleagues stepping into eachothers' offices, the barrier is lower to do that than for example to call a colleague just to chat. It is also an efficient and quick way to communicate. ### 9. Teemyco changes that and enables you to create that environment virtually. Teemyco has a hangout area that allows you to quickly connect with each other and switch to a video or group chat quickly. This makes for super fun touchpoints. You can stay in that error all day and hear the background noise of others in the space or you can elect to go to a, 'do not disturb' area. Normal meeting rooms are of course available. **What do you dislike about Teemyco?** Nothing so far. but would be good to be able to integrate with other collaboration tools like miro etc. for brainstorming during meetings. Integration with Slack would also be welcome. **What problems is Teemyco solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a remote team, largely working from home. We needed some way to stay connected as we build a team. Teemyco has delivered and has become our single tool for helping the team stay connected in the work day. We try to always keep our mic on in my team, not sitting alone in complete silence is something that helps me keep the motivation up! Therefore, to remain the culture intact and seamless, Teemyco allows us to do this. Jumping in to different rooms, meetings and teams, just like a physical office. **What do you dislike about Teemyco?** It is not so much a dislike as a logic downside of personal internet capacity, but when having calls with a few developing or growth countries, where connection is worse, the quality decreases significantly.
