Journey Reviews & Product Details

Journey is apprenticeship management software for UK training providers. It brings learner records, delivery planning, e-portfolio evidence, off-the-job tracking, funding and ILR preparation, EPA readiness, quality assurance, governance and reporting into one tenant-scoped platform. Journey maintains an auditable record from enrolment through delivery, evidence, gateway preparation and completion. Versioned apprenticeship funding-rule packs linked to published official sources, data-quality checks and ILR validation help teams identify issues for review. Role-based dashboards show operational actions, learner progress, funding exposure and evidence readiness within permitted scopes. Tenant-scoped access controls and audit history support accountable collaboration between provider staff, learners and employers. Journey Advanced adds bounded, record-linked assistance for drafting and operational insight, while regulated decisions and approvals remain with authorised people.
