Easy to use, close as perfect for management of athletes **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Sachin B. | Software Engineer **Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2023 **What do you like best about Teamworks?** The easy to use interface, easy to share information about the users within the system to the person which provides valuable information, easy to manage itinerary. **What do you dislike about Teamworks?** The users utilize the software differently which makes the software loose its projects which decreases the efficiency of the software. **What problems is Teamworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem of sharing of information within the software to the concerned person. If the nutritionist needs to watch our current diet plan they can counter or watch our current plan. ### 2. On top of being able to send messages, look at individual calendars for scheduling, and uploading files, we developed a daily screener for COVID that is distributed to all student athletes and staff. Certain individuals get the notifications if someone submits a flagged response. It has become very valuable in our day-to-day operations during COVID. **What do you dislike about Teamworks?** When sending a group message, I wish there was a "like" option to know who reads and responds to each message. Also, it would be great to have access to delete old forms that were previously not completed. **Recommendations to others considering Teamworks:** If you have a large group of people that need to all be on the same page and are all tech-savvy, this is a great app to use! It has been a huge help with our college-age population! **What problems is Teamworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** The daily COVID symptom questionnaire has been a huge contributor to our day-to-day operations. Our department gets notifications when a student or staff member has a flagged response. There is a lot of potential in the funcationality. **What do you dislike about Teamworks?** I did not like the idea that I would have to give personal information when downloading the phone app. I can only use it in a browser format. **What problems is Teamworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping me look up my schedules shifts and requesting time off and just checking on my clock in and outs if needed. ### 4. We use Teamworks to organize multiple individuals, on teams, and groups within teams. We can work directly with Teamworks to customize features to fit our needs. Teamworks helps us organize groups, make quick announcements, collect signatures and survey results, and post documents to certain groups. **What do you dislike about Teamworks?** Teamworks does have a few glitches that are difficult to deal with. For example, I created a survey but all the results populated in one cell in Excel. However, Teamworks is always very responsive and helps fix issues (user error or site error) quickly! **Recommendations to others considering Teamworks:** Aside from random glitches, make sure you know how to use the product. Work with Teamworks' wonderful customer service to customize the site the way you want to. Make sure you have your vision in mind, as that is how you will get the most out of Teamworks. **What problems is Teamworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are collaborating and communicating like never before! Teamworks recently rolled out a forum feature where we can share posts, tips and tricks, etc. We also use Teamworks to collect ticket requests, survey results, and signatures on forms. We can specify who we want to share documents with, which ensures that we provide only those who need the document with the document. ### 5. Teamwork project is one of the best equipment and project management programs in the market. Teamwork is an excellent tool to manage projects and keep control of tasks, so that in this way the management of projects is much more efficient as compared to the other project management software. **What do you dislike about Teamworks?** The most obvious difficulty that we faced while using this software is that it is really difficult to find something negative about this software. The another problem in this software is that it’s price is high as compared to its competitors like Trello and Microsoft project and portfolio management. **What problems is Teamworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Teamwork project easy to use and the great project management tool. It is just simple, fast, easy to use and so useful. It is a great for a small team people to use to organize projects.
