We have seen an increase in the use of Teamphoria by employees through our recognition program. It is a quick and easy way employees can recognize and show support for each other. We also used Teamphoria for our 360 performance reviews in 2016. The format was easy for employees to use and give comments as well as providing results for employees and managers. What do you dislike about Teamphoria?

There aren't any dislikes that stand out. As an organization, our employees haven't embraced features on the Communications tab such as "Make a Suggestion" or "Vent a Frustration". It may be a little too public for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
