Small businesses need help and previously everything was manually done by accounting.now my staff are able to access their statement and forms online. Having a variable cost is tough. There is so much still to be learned and it can get costly to keep adding features. I had been calling the ADP support regarding adjustments on T4 slip. Three customer support people from India did not do anything. Mary from Philippines was able to fix and made the adjusted T4 slips within a couple of hours only. Those three help desk customer support from India done nothing but FALSE PROMISES. Our sales agent from PA is missing in action after he got the sales. He said that he will be available for us if I have issue but that A FALSE PROMISE too. As sales agent..YOU KNOW who you are Mr. W.T. , you should continue to look after your client's need even AFTER the client signed your sales contract agreement. Just BEWARE if ADP-teampay.
