"Keeps Important Documents Organized and Synchronized"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TeamDrive?

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media. I recently started Using it. TeamDrive helps me keep documents, educational resources, and work files organized while making collaboration much easier. I regularly handle diet plans, patient education materials, clinic records, presentations, and content-related files, so having everything arranged inside shared Spaces helps keep work more structured. I like that files and folders can be organized in a way that stays easy to manage even as more documents are added over time. Automatic synchronization is one of the most useful features because updated files remain available without manually moving documents between devices or locations. The activity tracking section is also practical because it gives a clear view of file additions, updates, and other changes inside a workspace.

Another thing I find useful is the combination of secure file sharing, version management, permissions, and shared workspaces. Important documents often go through multiple updates, and being able to keep track of changes while maintaining access control helps keep everything organized. For my health education work, it is useful for managing content resources, educational PDFs, awareness materials, and planning documents in a structured way. The number of features feels well balanced for document organization, collaboration, synchronization, version control, and secure file management without making the platform difficult to use.

I use it regularly for managing healthcare documents, educational resources, and content-related files. It fits naturally into my workflow and integrates well with the way I already organize documents. Performance has been smooth while creating Spaces, synchronizing files, reviewing activities, organizing folders, and managing larger collections of documents. Overall, TeamDrive helps me keep important files organized, updated, and easier to manage during regular work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamDrive?

File synchronization works well most of the time, but after adding a large number of files together, I occasionally wait a little longer before everything is fully updated. Also, I have no major complaints, but compared to some newer cloud storage tools, the desktop application feels a little dated in certain areas. Everything works properly, but a refreshed design would improve the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"good app for collaborative work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TeamDrive?

What I like best about TeamDrive is how it combines secure collaboration with a clean and intuitive user experience. The UI is straightforward, making it easy for both technical and non-technical team members to navigate files, manage shared documents, and stay organized without a steep learning curve.

From a performance standpoint, the platform feels reliable and responsive, even when working with shared folders and multiple collaborators. The integration capabilities also help streamline workflows by fitting into existing team processes instead of forcing teams to completely change how they work.

I also appreciate the value it provides relative to its pricing. For teams that prioritize secure file sharing and collaboration, TeamDrive delivers a strong ROI by reducing friction in document management and improving coordination across distributed teams.

The onboarding experience is smooth, and the support resources make adoption easier for new users. Another positive aspect is the platform’s intelligent collaboration features, which help teams work more efficiently while maintaining strong control over data security and version tracking. What do you dislike about TeamDrive?

One downside of TeamDrive is that some advanced features can feel less intuitive at first, especially for new users who are unfamiliar with secure collaboration platforms. While the core interface is clean, certain settings and administrative controls could be simplified to improve the overall UX.

Integrations with third-party tools are useful but could be expanded further to support a broader range of productivity and workflow platforms. In some cases, syncing and large file handling may feel slower compared to more mainstream cloud collaboration tools.

From a pricing perspective, smaller teams or startups may find the cost harder to justify if they do not fully utilize the platform’s security-focused capabilities. Additionally, while onboarding is generally solid, having more guided tutorials and AI-powered assistance for setup and workflow optimization would make adoption even smoother.

Overall, TeamDrive is a strong platform, but improving usability, expanding integrations, and adding smarter automation features would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure Collaboration But Advanced Settings and Integrations Need Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about TeamDrive?

What I like most about TeamDrive is that it combines secure collaboration with a clean, intuitive UX. Its easy to navigate for both technical and non-technical teammates, manage shared docs, and stay organized without a steep learning curve.

It also performs reliably and stays responsive with shared folders and multiple collaborators. Integrations help streamline workflows rather than forcing teams to change how they work.

Great value for the price too. Support is OK. Onboarding is fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamDrive?

TeamDrive’s biggest downside is their advanced features. Those are seriously hard to understand at first. The core UI is clean, but settings and admin controls are needlessly complex, so new users get stuck doing more work than they should.

Integrations are only “okay”. Useful, but way too limited for modern workflows. And syncing/large files can feel slower than mainstream cloud collaboration tools.

Pricing is also a tough sell for smaller teams unless you fully use the security capabilities. Onboarding helps, but it’s not enough. There should be better guided tutorials and AI-assisted setup to make adoption painless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, Encrypted Collaboration with Top-Notch Device Syncing"
4/5
What do you like best about TeamDrive?

The best thing about this TeamDrive platform is how secure it is in terms of collaboration and data privacy. And their biggest advantage is their encryption approach, which makes sure only the authorised users can access the shared data. I also like how it enables our teams to collaborate on the centralised files in a structured way without compromising on their security. The device syncing is also very top-notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamDrive?

Their user interface is a bit outdated when compared with the other modern platforms out there. This platform is not as intuitive as well; more refining should be done, as this is a bit complex and has a bit of a hassled learning curve. Their collaboration features are more focused on data security than the real time editing, which is a bit limited for fast-paced cross-functional teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
