Great for Team Accountability with Custom Reports and Training Tracking

This is great to keep the team accountable with the custom report to see how many times and what the reason for releasing their shift. The training section is also great as it allows you to track who's completed which trainings and if you have a quiz, what % they received.

I appreciate the manager dashboard, which provides visibility into employee punches, approvals, and exceptions. The reporting capabilities and integration options help streamline payroll processing and reduce manual effort.
