Staff have access to check their schedules 24/7. I love the Dashboard to get messages out to all staff.

I liked how convenient it was to use. You can tell they invested a lot of time into making it as helpful as possible to schedule. From the time clock to shift trades and overall scheduling, Humanity has been my favourite scheduler to use. Support was always easily accessible if I ever encountered an issue I couldn't resolve on my own. I really liked the chat support. I never had to wait more than a few minutes to have any questions answered. My team specifically runs on a 4 on/ 4 off rotation and I really liked how I could integrate that rotation into the scheduler and it would automate the schedule accurately for whatever amount of time I set.
