User-Friendly, Flexible with Room to Grow

|Aladtec by TCP
I find Aladtec by TCP to be more user-friendly compared to the previous software we used. The interface between the user and the software is better, making it easier to manage tasks like assigning crews to stations and shifts, and handling shifts, vacations, etc. It's beneficial as it cuts down on the amount of interaction needed between administrators, battalion chiefs, and firefighters, which streamlines manpower management.
