Taybl Reviews & Product Details

Taybl is all-in-one management software for UK restaurants, pubs, bars and cafés, replacing several subscriptions with one app. Bookings covers online reservations, a drag-and-drop floor plan, guest CRM, deposits, pre-orders and a live waitlist - with no commission and no per-cover fees. Food Safety digitises the full Safer Food, Better Business (SFBB) pack: diary, open/close checks, fridge and freezer temperatures, cooking records, allergens, supplier and staff certificates - time-stamped and searchable for EHO inspections, and reviewed by Environmental Health Officers. Rotas builds staff schedules from forecast booking demand, with clock-in, self-building timesheets, holiday, shift swaps, staff-cost insight, payroll export and an AI rota builder. Marketing uses guest data to automate email and SMS campaigns, loyalty nudges and quiet-period promotions. Native iOS, Android and web apps. One fixed monthly price, unlimited users, 14-day free trial, UK support seven days a week.
