I only have one live chat agent and myself that replies to requests; whenever we miss a request, I recieve two emails, it isn't the end of the world but it's a pain. Going through the settings, you can't change it either. The customer service team is also okay; it's definitely not the best. All the things they say are just copy and pasted from a script they have.
