**What do you like best about Tata Communications?**

They are reliable internet providers. They provide maximum uptime i.e 99%. Also their network team is good helps brilliantly in troubleshooting the network issues.

**What do you dislike about Tata Communications?**

There ticketing tool is not that much good, though I believe price is on the higher side, many other ISP provider give same services on lesser price.

**Recommendations to others considering Tata Communications:**

If any organisation considering a good reliable MPLS or ILL services they should definitely consider them

**What problems is Tata Communications solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tata telecommunications is an internet service provider, it provides different services for my current organisations .their services helps us in connecting our data centres to our branch offices

They had a very hardworking ethic which shows on teams calls willing to take on new projects and lead from the front.

**What do you dislike about Tata Communications?**

They do come in at the top end of the price bracket but that because of the vast amount of experience and the quality of the skillbases

**What problems is Tata Communications solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tata Communications took over a number of Application Support Group contracts bringing with them a wealth of experience, skills and news ideas.
This helped shape a more dynamic and robust way to handle our application when interfacing with upstream & downstream systems.

Every top-notch solution will be on the higher side of the cost; Tata Communications is one among them.

Tata Communications helped us in improving the workflow and optimization of the task. Cloud solution from Tata Communications gave us the confidence to enlarge the business.
