**What do you like best about task360?**

It is very important for us to deliver the online orders at the right ti,me at the right place. With task360 all of our delivery stafff knows where to go, when to go.

**What do you dislike about task360?**

In some cases the updates may take long time and the delivery people may get the updates a little bit late. In fact this is not the problem of the software, but more a problem of the some customers, but we expect Task360 technical people to find a solution for the last minute updates of the customers.

**What problems is task360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are operating in a v ery competitive business, hotel supplier for many goods. It is very important to deliver the ordered products to the customers. Since hotels may have mor ethan one location and more tahn on warehouse, iti is very important to deliver the orders at the right time, at the right place. We transfer all of the shipments to task360 and than create orders for delivery people with the plate numbers of delivery vehicle, and see which deliveries departed, which ones are on the roas and which ones are delivered the orders. It is very easy to use and control

**What do you like best about task360?**

The best part is the simplicity and clarity of the user interface. Even for a large team like ours, the system remains easy to navigate. The mobile app is excellent — technicians can work offline, upload photos, and complete tasks quickly. The preventive maintenance module saves us a lot of unplanned downtime. Also, AI-driven recommendations for task priorities are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about task360?**

Some complex operations require time to learn in detail. While this is natural because our workflows are complex, having a faster "quick entry" option for common tasks would improve usability even more.

**What problems is task360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Task360, we had issues with fragmented maintenance data, delayed work order communication, and lack of visibility into asset performance. Paper-based processes and spreadsheets often caused confusion between departments.
Task360 has centralized all maintenance activities and documentation into one system. Now, we can plan preventive maintenance more accurately, track work orders in real time, and reduce equipment downtime.

**What do you like best about task360?**

This is our 3rd CMMS software. It has never been such easy to make our workers use it. They liked the screens and the logic. The forms are easy to understand and useful. It takes only a few minutes to implement and start using.

**What do you dislike about task360?**

Some operations are very complicated and It takes a long time to learn all the details, and the processes are quite complex. In fact this is natural, because the work is very complex, but maybe some quick entry functionality may be developed.

**What problems is task360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a  big manufacturing and assembly line. More than 50 workers are trying to complete planned maintenance activities and to fix the daily breakdowns. task360 help us to manage both planned and unplanned maintenance process. Our workers feel safe when they see all the orders from their mobile phones, and managers can easily track the work orders from their home or work desks.

**What do you like best about task360?**

What I like most is how user-friendly and flexible Task360 is. The mobile app is incredibly intuitive — our field technicians were able to start using it with almost no training. I also appreciate the real-time updates and how easy it is to assign, track, and close work orders. The AI-powered suggestions for preventive maintenance have been a huge bonus, helping us avoid unexpected equipment failures. Plus, the customer support team is always quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever we have questions.

**What do you dislike about task360?**

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. If I had to point out something, I’d say that setting up some of the more advanced automation features took a bit of time initially. Also, while the default reports cover most of our needs, we’d love to see even more customizable reporting options in future updates. But overall, these are minor compared to the benefits we’ve gained.

**What problems is task360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Task360, we struggled with scattered maintenance data, delayed work order processing, and a lack of visibility into ongoing tasks. Task360 centralized everything into one easy-to-use platform. Now, work orders are created and assigned in seconds, technicians receive real-time updates on their mobile devices, and managers can track progress instantly.

The preventive maintenance features have helped us avoid costly equipment failures, while the AI-powered insights have optimized how we allocate resources and schedule tasks. Overall, Task360 has saved us time, reduced downtime significantly, and improved team productivity. It’s also made reporting and audits much simpler, which used to be a major headache.

**What do you like best about task360?**

Task360’s combination of powerful work order management, predictive maintenance capabilities, and AI-driven insights makes it stand out from other CMMS platforms. The mobile app is particularly impressive — it's fast, responsive, and works seamlessly offline, which is essential for field operations. I also appreciate how easy it is to customize workflows and create forms that fit our exact processes. Integration with existing tools was smooth, and the onboarding experience was one of the best we’ve had with a software vendor.

**What do you dislike about task360?**

There’s very little to dislike, but if I had to mention something, I would say that some of the advanced reporting features could offer a bit more customization out of the box. While the analytics are powerful, creating highly tailored dashboards requires a slight learning curve.

**What problems is task360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task360 is solving several major challenges we faced in maintenance management, including disorganized work orders, delayed asset repairs, lack of real-time field visibility, and inefficient manual reporting. Before Task360, it was difficult to track maintenance tasks across multiple sites, and downtime was often extended due to slow communication and missing information.

With Task360, all work orders are centralized, assigned instantly, and monitored in real time. The mobile app allows our technicians to complete tasks directly from the field, even without internet connectivity. Automated workflows, preventive maintenance scheduling, and AI-powered asset tracking have dramatically reduced equipment downtime, improved technician productivity, and enhanced the overall reliability of our operations. The biggest benefit is the time and cost savings, along with having full transparency and data-driven decision-making capabilities at our fingertips.

**What do you like best about task360?**

Easy setup and quick use. We have set all of our planned maintenance and control lists in a week and start using the next week

**What do you dislike about task360?**

If we made some wrong entry it is not easy to correct them. The software is designed the first input is correct and must be kept infinetly. They say that it is a discipline, and the controllers and the maintence crew should be carefull to enter the data, but they will develop some easy tools to correct the records that are entered.

**What problems is task360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have many chemicals to sell and we have to be sure about their inventory conditions. We record inventory temperature, humidity and door locks. task 360 keep records and initiate a work order if something unusual happens

**What do you like best about task360?**

It is very easy to use the software. We have new comers every week and they learnd teh software immediately. We assign their works and start controlling immediately. They update every little progeress and we can understand the overall level of software generation.

**What do you dislike about task360?**

If we have lots of parallel software projects it may be hard to understand which assignments are for which projects

**What problems is task360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have lots of hired outsource software developers and it may be hard to control who have finished their assignments, who are late, ans who are available for new assignmenvts. With task360 we can esaliy see the sattus of the assignments and the software developemnt project.

**What do you like best about task360?**

Easy forms and easy to navigate. Ne employees easily understand the software and start to ose it. Managers see every orders and control their employees...

Integration is very easy. We integrate it with our home built software easily.

**What do you dislike about task360?**

It is not easy to see the hierachical graph of the assets. I wish we had a better view of hierarchical view of assets

**What problems is task360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have lots of controls every day, Our employees do all the comtrols and save it under task360. We can see which tasks are done and which are not completed.
