What do you like best about Talon.One?

Overall, I think Talon.One is very easy to use, and have a number of excellent features and uses that make it easy for me to navigate the best way to incentivize my company's clients. I use the coupon feature the most, but have worked with my excellent customer success manager to learn how to implement referrals and gift cards into my marketing campaigns with ease. What do you dislike about Talon.One?

Two features I really wish Talon.One had were:

- Make it easier to export the finances behind coupons/referral codes/gift card (ex. I would like to easily export how much revenue and discount value a large amount of coupons in a campaign generated)

What do you like best about Talon.One?

How easy it is to navigate and use, in particular the campaign creation is very intuitive. The support team have also been friendly, knowledgable, and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talon.One?

I think the onboarding package and the collaborative nature of our relationship could be improved. Although we have not started using Talon.One to its full capability yet, so maybe this relationship will build, but for now it hasn't felt as though Talon.One knows our strategy or that we know there's, there is limited visibility of upcoming features, and we don't regularly review how our relationship is progressing.
