The simple conditional workflows for complex surveys are incredibly helpful, and the pricing is straightforward without lots of features hidden behind successive paywalls. I appreciate the generous free tier and the fact that the base paid tier offers almost everything most businesses would need. The form building process is very easy and elegant without complicating the UI. The great pricing and team features are a plus.
