Talentium Reviews & Product Details

Talentium is an AI-driven recruitment platform that brings public profiles, your internal candidate database, and inbound applicants together in one unified workspace. Instead of juggling multiple sourcing tools, job boards, and spreadsheets, hiring teams get a single place to discover, evaluate, and engage talent - uncovering candidates they would otherwise miss. Built as an end-to-end recruitment solution, Talentium covers the entire hiring workflow from first search to signed offer. Recruiters and hiring managers can source candidates, manage pipelines, collaborate on shortlists, and track every stage of the process without ever switching tabs. The result is a faster, more structured hiring process that scales with your team. At the core of the platform is an advanced AI matching algorithm that goes beyond simple keyword search. Talentium enriches candidate profiles with data from multiple sources, creating a more complete picture of each person's skills, experience, and career trajectory. This means your team makes more precise, data-driven recruitment decisions - whether you're filling a single role or hiring across multiple departments. Talentium can also integrate with your existing applicant tracking system, so you don't have to replace what's already working. Inbound applications, sourced candidates, and rediscovered profiles from your own database all flow into the same pipeline, giving you full visibility over your talent pool at every stage. For recruitment teams tired of fragmented tools and manual workarounds, Talentium offers a modern alternative. The platform is designed for speed and collaboration: team members can share candidate lists, leave notes, and move candidates through stages together in real time. No more duplicated work, no more lost candidates between systems. Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Stockholm, Talentium has raised €3.5M from EQT Ventures, backed by angel investors including unicorn founders Joel Hellermark, Sebastian Siemiatkowski, and Fredrik Hjelm. With an established strategic partnership with Google and hundreds of customers across 17 markets, the platform went commercially live in 2025 and has scaled rapidly. Talentium is built by a team that understands the challenges of modern talent acquisition firsthand, serving recruitment teams that need to hire smarter without adding complexity. Whether you're an in-house talent acquisition team, a scaling startup, or a recruitment agency, Talentium helps you reduce time-to-hire, improve candidate quality, and get more out of the sourcing channels you already use - all from one platform.
