## Talent Zoo Reviews
  ### 1. Talent Zoo Job Search Site is OK

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristina M. | Creator, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Talent Zoo?**

I like the quality of jobs available. More targeted towards an audience that applies to me as far as job search.

**What do you dislike about Talent Zoo?**

I don't really like the design. It looks spammy. On first approach, you almost don't want to sign up because the way it's designed, you'd expect to receive a ton of spam emails and messages after signing up.

**Recommendations to others considering Talent Zoo:**

There isn't anything special about this website, design-wise. It doesn't sell to me that this is a reputable company that I'd want to sign up and register for. You have the support credentials of major news organizations, but that's common even among illegitimate websites. In today's online job search world, it's so easy to get your identity stolen and this website does not instill confidence in me that my information submitted through this platform is safe.

**What problems is Talent Zoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problem I'm trying to solve with Talent Zoo is searching for design and creative, and geek and web jobs, specifically.

  ### 2. Your virtual contractor!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benny E. | Sales Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Talent Zoo?**

It is a pretty good platform and one that is growing, I like it a lot because it fulfills both functions in the contracting of services since it allows you to offer your services as well as find a professional in the area you need, in addition to advising you about all this. . It also allows you to have your profile with a fairly detailed summary of what your job profile is, which is very useful when hiring someone.

**What do you dislike about Talent Zoo?**

Particularly I think it has some negative aspects as they are that the technical support is slow to respond and that the interface of the platform is not so intuitive and is a bit overloaded but I really think it is a great idea to compete in the labor field.

**Recommendations to others considering Talent Zoo:**

It really is an excellent option when someone is unemployed or when they have more time in which they want to be productive, and otherwise it is excellent for business leaders to gather trained personnel for the tasks they have at their disposal. In general it is very good and great option besides that it is free and there is nothing to lose when trying it.

**What problems is Talent Zoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Actually this platform has been useful in both cases both to locate the best professional for work as the development of systems or websites necessary for the company to offer my services and get jobs outside my stable position. I think it is a web that drives the work and that as long as your community grows more important will be.

  ### 3. So usefull

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** juanes l. | Juan Losada, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Talent Zoo?**

It can be said that talent zoo is one of the few applications for personnel placement that serves in this market, given that it has impressive qualities in terms of product, I can highlight above all the quality, but I can also highlight in great human factor that they have , they help us to publish each ad in the correct way, which is why we avoid making mistakes and finding the right personnel for each job, it saves us time and money by not having to create multiple job offers for the same position, so I think it's the best

**What do you dislike about Talent Zoo?**

As a negative point I would put the cost of their services, but it is something necessary in my opinion, although it is undoubtedly too high a cost, the final result is good

**Recommendations to others considering Talent Zoo:**

I love it

**What problems is Talent Zoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our organization, I help with the placement of new personnel for positions that were not covered by the necessary and qualified personnel, which is why we benefit a lot.

  ### 4. Amazing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antonio H. | Antonio Hurtado, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Talent Zoo?**

Talent zoo, I love without a doubt for the search of personnel, it is the best thing that there is at the moment in the market, it allows you to get the profile of the right person to the position that offers and without a doubt, encuetra, has very qualified personnel which advises us at all times, about the profile of the worker we need, apart from his news blog, he also has presence in several countries, which allows us to find workers from other countries to offer them a better paid job than in their country. originally

**What do you dislike about Talent Zoo?**

It has somewhat expensive rates, which go hand in hand with the quality of the available.
I can also emphasize that you do not have a presence in all European countries, so we limit the offers.
And it does not have an option that is in Spanish, which would help a lot when it comes to working.

**Recommendations to others considering Talent Zoo:**

It is a highly recommended website because it has prices that are consistent with the quality

**What problems is Talent Zoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can find the right personnel to the positions offered and it benefits us when it comes to not wasting time with unqualified personnel

  ### 5. Incredible software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jesus r. | Jesus Rivas Jefe de equipo, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Talent Zoo?**

Without a doubt talent zoo, has been a very helpful application in our organization, given that we need a lot of staff, we usually use it in our delegations in other countries such as United States, but what makes talent zoo stand out among other applications of this type , it is about the quality that it offers us, it is incomparable, also it is possible to emphasize that it offers customized advice to each one of its clients, it also offers us some blogs in which we can inform ourselves and keep us abreast of everything, and to others the candidates are the ideal ones for each of the jobs we offer

**What do you dislike about Talent Zoo?**

The only negative point that this website has is its price, it is a very high price for each publication of a job, although it has many offers

**Recommendations to others considering Talent Zoo:**

A very useful website to find qualified staff at a good price, it is easy to use and quite useful

**What problems is Talent Zoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Laborfully speaking, it has solved the problem of finding qualified personnel for each position, and that benefits us in every way

  ### 6. Great job support website

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ricardo s. | Ricardo Salvador, gerente de ventas, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2018

**What do you like best about Talent Zoo?**

It is a great job support website, it keeps us up to date with the entire job market and I love that they advise us about the staff we might need. Besides this, it allows us to post job offers and even apply for jobs at some companies as an individual.

**What do you dislike about Talent Zoo?**

On this website, we can do everything but the web maintenance team takes a while to respond.

**Recommendations to others considering Talent Zoo:**

Great job placement website, it advises both companies and workers about job positions, selects personnel very well, maintains very fluid communication with clients and companies.

**What problems is Talent Zoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This website helps us find staff from time to time, and advises us on which of the candidates is better qualified than the rest. Personally, it has benefited me, as I found this job through that temporary job website.

  ### 7. Clunky and cluttered, a last resort

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Talent Zoo?**

The focus on jobs within a specific field (creative) is the only standout characteristic of TalentZoo, it feels like a hopeless and limited version of its competitors

**What do you dislike about Talent Zoo?**

The interface is clunky and uninviting, and the fonts are silly. Very little information is present before opening individual postings in their own windows, the descriptions are dense and difficult to filter.

**Recommendations to others considering Talent Zoo:**

Stick to your existing avenues of recruitment, there's nothing to see here.

**What problems is Talent Zoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our department posted two positions on TalentZoo for marketing professionals. We received very few applications, and none of the applicants met the basic requirements clearly stated in the description we published.

I've also browsed TalentZoo to pursue alternative employment opportunities for myself. So far I haven't realized any benefits, and prefer to use different methods of searching.

  ### 8. Great concept, bad design

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joan L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2018

**What do you like best about Talent Zoo?**

The daily reads are, for me, the best thing of the webpage. They contain useful information about achieving a job or the salary conditions you want. It impressed me because all the job searchers I've used so far didn't care about that, they pretended to be simple intermidaries between you and your potential employees. The job posting is also very clean, what invites you to keep scrolling down looking for new oportunities.

**What do you dislike about Talent Zoo?**

The font type of the letter are a bad choice for me. It makes the lecture more difficult. The design in general could be improved, since there is too much blank space. When seeking a job, you can't see the salary range in the preview, what is a bit annyoing. If you are looking for a minimal salary conditions you can't dismiss the adds at first look.

**Recommendations to others considering Talent Zoo:**

Talent Zoo is a nice tool for job searching and also to improve your chances to get the perfect job thanks to their advices. You feel they really care about their customers.

**What problems is Talent Zoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm solving my problems with the interviews, a problem I did not realized I had until I read some of the articles that TalentZoo publishes. It makes the search for jobs less frightening for me, even a bit exciting.

  ### 9. useful app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** oscar s. | Oscar Santos, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2018

**What do you like best about Talent Zoo?**

Let's say that what I like most about an application like this is the ease with which one can access a different work sector. That is, we access our company profile and post a job offer. Generally, they tend to be formal and well-educated people, given the redundancy. It is also a website that allows us to know what jobs other companies offer and with what salary, so that we can become more competitive.

**What do you dislike about Talent Zoo?**

I don't like the commission taken on the contracts that originate from that temporary work website, but we don't control that; it is usually compensated by the qualification of the workers they provide us.

**Recommendations to others considering Talent Zoo:**

Except for what was previously mentioned, it is a very promising website in the sector, offering great value for money, so we could say it is a reliable website.

**What problems is Talent Zoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recently, a problem was solved for us regarding the leave of a colleague who went on maternity leave. We were going to be short-staffed for about 4 months, and in five days we were able to find a substitute.

  ### 10. Good choice hiring employees for start-ups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2018

**What do you like best about Talent Zoo?**

It looks like a portal of portals, so you are hiring/finding in more webs (or at least on Indeed).

**What do you dislike about Talent Zoo?**

I think they toke very bad choices with text fonts, it could be better with standart fonts, i really dislike this, page doesn't look serious with it. That design is not intuitive, just a few sections are, so they must to redesign their website for make it easy to use correctly.

**Recommendations to others considering Talent Zoo:**

If you want to hire people in US with marketing or development studies, it can be a good option for identificate the correct candidate for become your new employee. I recommend to use as a user (find job account) simultaneously for look up your offers as they can see yours.

**What problems is Talent Zoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is a lot of marketing, development and social media people waiting for you, if you want to hire those profiles, you can find easy what you need.
