I can honestly say that Talent Ninja provides the best user experience, and quite simply is a designated tool to help YOU recruit directly, rather than a recruitment firm hiding behind a new method of approach and chasing down their commission. Very easy to setup and very affordable. Your job postings get a decent mileage and the response resulted in a good talent pipeline to built on. The interaction with the Talent Ninja team was very positive and always had a quick response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
