I can honestly say that Talent Ninja provides the best user experience, and quite simply is a designated tool to help YOU recruit directly, rather than a recruitment firm hiding behind a new method of approach and chasing down their commission. **What do you dislike about Talent Ninja?** Honestly haven't found anything using the platform for two roles so far. **What problems is Talent Ninja solving and how is that benefiting you?** Talent Ninja significantly helped me to recruit for our company with ease, where I do not have a dedicated recruiter to source candidates. Your job postings get a decent mileage and the response resulted in a good talent pipeline to built on. The interaction with the Talent Ninja team was very positive and always had a quick response. **What do you dislike about Talent Ninja?** It takes a bit of time to get used to the UI and go through the tutorial, but it is a lot better than going on 5 different job boards and posting it yourself. **Recommendations to others considering Talent Ninja:** A lot better than digging around free job boards. **What problems is Talent Ninja solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was difficult to get a decent reach with existing job boards and it takes a long time to negotiate deals with various job boards.
